I’m 52 and was starting to get hot flashes. I was waking up every morning with my shirt off. I would get so hot my chest and back would sweat and I had to change my pillowcase every day. I had a few hot flashes, mainly at home in the evening that lasted a few minutes. I would feel panicked and have to take my robe or shirt off. My husband is under blankets while I’m in a tank top and shorts. (As a side note: I was diagnosed with severe anemia in Oct 2021 and was extremely cold natured for several years. Even though my iron level is much better, being hot is very abnormal for me). Someone told me about Amberen several years ago, so I decided to try it. At the time it didn’t do much for me because I didn’t need it yet. When all of these menopause symptoms started about 3 months ago, I decided to try it again. I’m an instant gratification person but decided to stick with it. I’m not sure how long it took for me to notice a difference, but I’d say less than than a month. I honestly didn’t think about it, I just noticed that I wasn’t waking up with my shirt off. I haven’t woken up sweating at night since I’ve been taking it. There was no moment when I thought “this stuff is working now!” I’m not sure about mood changes because I’ve always been somewhat grouchy. I’ve gained weight, but that’s because I’ve been eating poorly. I know some women eat healthy and exercise and still gain weight when they start going through menopause, but I’m not one of those women. I’ve recommended it to SO many people. I always tell them that I’m a skeptic for over the counter products that make unsubstantiated claims, but I stand behind Amberen 100%. I’m not on HRT at this time. As far as sexual issues that come with age, I don’t notice a difference there, unfortunately. I may end up on HRT, but I will continue to use Amberen as long as my doctor says it’s ok. I don’t know what is in this supplement , but I don’t care. The resolution of hot flashes is enough for me to keep taking it. I’m usually inconsistent with medications, but I do not forget this one! I’ve had ZERO side effects from it. If you’re having hot flashes and other menopause symptoms, go to the drugstore and get some today! It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny. I hope it works for everyone else as it had for me!

I wish I could give this 100 stars! I had all the symptoms of perimenopause, hot flashes all day long, couldn’t sleep, anxiety, brain fog, weight gain, irritated….you name it, I had it! You need to stick with it, it was 3 months when I started feeling back to myself but I started noticing improvements after 4 weeks, baby steps with hot flashes weren’t as frequent, sleeping was a little better, lost a few pounds. After 3 months I lost 20 pounds with no extra effort, slept through the night, no hot flashes, brain fog has cleared up, anxiety not as bad. This has been a wonderful help and I’m trying to tell all my friends!

Fast ship, product in great shape as expected! I did some research as I do not want or plan to take HRT; I tried some herbs had a reaction and somehow the amberen popped up on one of my searches on Amazon so I dug dipper and was liking that it had no herbs as I did have a reaction to another product, no soy, nothing to mimic estrogen, it just balances everything out , I like the ingredients. The first day I toke no night sweats and had been getting 4-5x a night I was miserable not sleeping well about to cave into HRT; that night I toke Amberen for the 1st time no night sweats or flashes. My energy was so much better only a few hours after taking as well. I highly recommend!!!! If you’re suffering and don’t want HRT try it you won’t be disappointed!
I was given 2 orange packets and 4 white when it’s supposed to be 3 and 3. Got a refund thankfully. Product works well.
I didn’t like it. It did nothing for me but Estroven is much better.
I have been using this for over 10 yrs, I use to just go over to the US and pick it up at the Walmart or order it online, t now with this damn Covid I can’t get over there so had to order on Amazon. With the exchange it works out much more affordable to get it from the US but I don’t have that luxury at the moment. It 1as $159.00 for the 3 pkgs and it’s only 109$ with the exchange when I get it in the US. Lets see it go down in price, that would be a bonus. It works for me, and has for over 10 yrs. I have no symptoms, I’m 55 and had a total hysterectomy in 2013 so I have no hormones at all kicking around, but whatever is in this…give me no symptoms what so ever…All my friends are sleepless, hot sweats, cold sweats, no sexual desire etc….Me…I’m ready to roll at all times.
