Works just as well as some more expensive brands. No taste. Warning, you will experience moderate or major gas and bloating for the first few days! I recommend starting it on the morning of your day off and taking simethicone with it for gas and bloating. It is worth it! By day 3 you will feel toxins leaving your body and you will have more energy!

I generally prefer swallowing pills for things but these are very hard to swallow because they are so light. They float to the roof of your mouth and you have to forcefully try and swoosh them down your throat. I haven’t had any negative effects from taking these for about a month. I know probiotics take several months of consistently taking to take effect. I’m going to try the gummies instead even though they have less probiotics per dose.
