I believe that epsom salt baths are truly healing: for detox, for relaxation, for dermal magnesium uptake, and for overall health. For that reason, I am always looking to buy some epsom salts. Especially because you are typically adding a cup (or more!) into the bath. This is such a great deal, for the price and what you get. And since it came in 6 packs, I even gave some away as gifts (haha). Gifts for health are the best gifts, anyways! I combined this with a cup of the dead sea salts for additional minerals. I am looking forward to use epsom salts in different ways!
I also make my own gifts with these salts by adding them to a glass jar, with a couple of drops of essential oils of your choice, and then I close it and tie some twine around it for decoration. Hope this helps!
