This toner has a nice light scent and feels great on my skin. I use it after I cleansed my face and prior to putting on other skin care products. I always feel like the next morning it leaves my skin tone more even and less blemished. I have very sensitive skin and haven’t had any problems or breakouts while using it. Overall I’m pretty pleased with the Amazon brand toner and will probably switch to it as it works as well as my other more expensive toners

It’s become a reliable part of my skincare routine, and I’m happy with the results.

I have used AcneFree 3 step benzoyl peroxide system for years, with great success. This would have been a cheaper alternative, except the fragrance makes me not want to use it at all. It doesn’t feel good on my sensitive skin, although the irritation does wear off after a minute or so. If you have normal to oily skin, and don’t mind strong synthetic fragrances, then this is a great cost effective alternative to Proactiv and AcneFree. I do like the texture and consistency, in all other ways it is as good as those brand names, but the fragrance overshadows the good qualities. I would describe the fragrance as a very synthetic, sweet floral scent, it reminds me of the smell of my grandmother’s bathroom soaps. The gel like consistency feels moisturizing, it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky to me, but I think some people might not like it. It does it’s job, just not good for anyone sensitive to fragrance.

Used Proactiv for a good period of time. This toner seems comparable. Seems more exfoliating than hydrating. Not crazy about the blue dye in it as it seems quite unnecessary.

This Amazon Basics 3-Step System Toner works well. It helps control breakouts during and even before they start. It applies well with a cotom round and it doesn’t cause irritation. It also doesn’t dry my skin out or make it flaky.
