I mostly used this to wean myself off of other decongestants, so it worked well in that regard.
The paltry directions on the bottle actually say “Upright delivers a spray; Horizontally a stream; Upside down a drop.”
I never really managed to get it to spray very well. It was always more of a spurt if anything. Luckily, I had another spray bottle that I could use and it was able to drip into there in a very controlled manner. I never tried squeezing it horizontally as I never had a use case for a stream of saline solution.
In terms of moisturizing, it’s got a good balance. It doesn’t burn at all, and is decently soothing.
Overall, good saline for nasal bits but questionable ability to spray.

I am very pleased with this non-medicated saline nasal spray from Basic Care for multiple reasons, the first of which is the great price this saline nasal spray is sold for Amazon—especially considering the price is for a twin-pack of two 3 fl oz, (88 ml), bottles!
The price I paid for this on Amazon for this nasal spray is cheaper than I’ve seen any equivelant of this spray, at this size, and in a 2-pack, sold at sold at drug stores like CVS, or Walgreens, as well as big box retailers like Target & Walmart.
If you’re looking for a non-medicated saline nasal spray, I’d highly suggest adding this product to your Amazon Cart right away! It’s not only worth buying because it’s a great deal, but this nasal spray also works better than any other non-medicated saline nasal spray I’ve previously tried over the last few years.
This spray also acts as a nasal moisturizer that can provide quick relief from internasal discomfort & irritation due to dryness from allergies, sinus/cold medications, sinus infections, dry winter air, and more!
Additionally, as I previously said, this nasal spray is non-medicated, meaning it’s perfectly safe for daily use. I suffer from frequent sinus infections that cause severe headaches and extreme facial discomfort from the pressure building throughout my sinus cavities. I’ve tried using a neti pot, but every time I’ve tried, I’ve always felt like I was drowning. I was desperate for relief, so I finally tried a non-medicated saline nasal spray, and I find they work best for me personally.
Saline, (PH-balanced salt) solution makes an excellent nasal wash! When saline is flushed through your nasal passages, it can wash away allergens, (reducing allergy symptoms!), mucus, (so you can breathe through your nose easier, as well as reduce sick-time), in addition to clearing out other debris too!
Additionally, this moisturizing saline nasal spray from Basic Care is gluten free, so if you suffer from Celiac Disease, you can use this safely without worrying about being sick later!

I give this Saline Spray a 4 out 5 Stars just because the moisture only last an hour for me. I do live in a very dry house so I’m guessing it may be a different results from other people. Other than it’s a good and a quick way to help alleviate dry noses.

No complaints about the formulation or performance of this saline. It works just fine, and the saline content is high enough to provide good results without it being irritating to my nose.
However, nothing but complaints about the dispenser. It’s a traditional squeeze bottle, but squeeze all you want and hardly anything comes out. The only way I can get it to dispense is to tilt my head and squeeze the bottle while it’s turned sideways (horizontal). It then dispenses, but the amount coming out is wasteful since it often ends up in the sink rather than my nose.
While the options that come in pressurized cans cost a bit more per ounce, they dispense very well, allowing the spray to get back where it’s needed. Plus, since the spray is so targeted, I end up using less each time, which evens out the cost. I prefer the Arm & Hammer one, but there are several similar options available.
While the spray formulation is fine, the poor dispensing performance puts my score at 2.5 stars. I’ll stick with the pressurized cans moving forward.
