I have been using the Amazon Basic Care Maximum Strength 12 Hour Nasal Spray, Oxymetazoline HCl Solution for a period of time. I find it works just as well as the popular name brand but at a fraction of the cost. I will continue to use this 12-hour brand when ordering in the future. My only caution is, there’s also an Amazon Basics 4-hour version so be mindful of this when ordering. I accidentally did a reorder but with the 4-hour version and it was actually a few cents higher in price and least in effectiveness. Order the 12-hour not the 4-hour version.
NOTE: I noticed a lot of reviews complaining that this is not a spray. Save your spray bottle. When you receive this product, pull the top off with some needle-nose plyers; unscrew your spray bottle, and pour in this product into your spray bottle. That’s what I do, and it works great.

This spray is the same formula as the name brand spray (Afrin), but at a lower price. I think it works well.

I bought this on the advice of my doctor, for nasal issues. You’re instructed to hold the bottle upright in your nostril and deliver 3 shots of mist by squeezing. That only worked the first time. As soon as there was less liquid in the bottle, nothing would produce a mist. It is not returnable, so I worked out alternate methods. Most unpleasant is to tip your head back, squirt the dose into your nostril, and quickly raise your head with tissue at the ready. It will run down your throat, and tastes vile. Or generously soak a tissue with the med, and pack it into your nostril. The med is fine, but I won’t buy again. Get the other style bottle!

This nose spray is great! I bought it for a few reasons: the price and the convenience, especially since all my local stores lock these up, which drives me crazy. Amazon made it so easy to get, but now I’ve noticed they’ve increased the price, so I’ll have to shop around a bit next time. Still a solid product, though!

If you read the ingredients of nasal sprays, often they have the same ingredients Oxymetazoline hydrochloride.05%, so why pay more for brand name? This does NOT have a pump, it is a squeeze bottle which I like. Works just as good as brand name, without the high dollar price😃.

This is a REAL bargain find. The principal ingredient is identical to “afrin” nasal spray, BUT at less than 50% of Afrin’s price tag! Essentially, the 1 Oz. (Amazon knowk-off) nasal spray, is prices below Afrin’s .05 Oz. nasal spray product. The results are the same. Both work quickly to open nasal passages. GO AMAZON! BIG-TIME-SAVINGS!
