I’ve had high-androgen/high-estrogen/low-progesterone PCOS and acne-prone skin since I was18yrs-old (am now 40+). I finally got my hormones in balance 1yr ago by addressing my Insulin Resistance. I now need help boosting my egg follicle count for ttc and read several studies about the benefits of micronized DHEA for fertility in 35+ aged women. However, I was worried DHEA would raise my testosterone and androgens back to high levels. I began taking this brand 1mo ago, 25mg 1x day w/ dinner, and even that 1 low dose has worked magic on my face and AFC. No new breakouts, glowing skin, less wrinkles around & under the eyes, I literally look 10yrs younger! It’s pretty remarkable. And a few days ago, I had an ultrasound to check my follicle count and it went from 4 to 9! I will continue taking this DHEA at the low dosage for the next 3mos leading up to my mini-IVF cycle. Very happy with this product!

at the recommendation of a friend who has lived with various internal ills for most of his life, and began taking micronized dhea and discovered from his doctor after two months he no longer needed his other medications, i began using this brand in the hopes of correcting my metabolism in early april. three months later, i have lost 16 pounds without changing my eating habits. Maybe it’s a fluke, but maybe it’s not. i’ve also been sleeping more hours, having had problems sleeping for many years, never getting more than 3 hours at a time. i’m now up to a regular 5 hours of deep sleep on most nights, without any sleeping pills, and sometimes as many as 7 hours. i will continue to take 50mg every morning for the coming year and see how much more i can lose and how my sleep patterns evolve. i will update this review every few months with a weight loss / sleep status.

I’ve been using DHEA for many years now since a saliva test result said I had practically no DHEA. And I can tell when I don’t use it. I was using the 10mg in another brand that was not micronized. And that brand would burn when I urinated. So I would take one only every 3-4 days. With the micronized DHEA, I can take 25mg more often than the 10 mg and I never experience any burning when I urinate. So I think this one is even more effective without having the strong side effects that DHEA can have. Everyone has to discover the right dosage for themselves. Start out small and you’ll know how much you can take. Too much can give you a deep voice and facial hair as well. Daily doses definitely make me sound like a man. My dose is every 2 days or so. It gives me lots of energy and a very strong sex drive too, and it’s part of regular regimen. I also think it may help with memory as well. This and Wobenzym N has created miracles in my health status. I feel and look youthful and with DHEA and the Wobenzym N and Serrapeptase, you will see mircales happen. I take the Wobenzym N and the serrapeptase for inflammation and much more. Don’t hesitate.

Beware not to take too much. As a woman over 35 taking it for improved egg production, I found 75 mg a day gave me horrible acne all over in places I never had acne even as a teen. I have reduced my intake to 25 mg a day now and the acne is improving. That said, I notice not other health benefits so will discontinue when the bottle is done with. I have read other women say over months it changed their mood and behavior for the negative too, to where their family didn’t recognize their actions, so use with caution.

I took a pill after breakfast and I wasn’t feeling well that day because of fatigue and a backache. I’m also having an issue with my hand so I’m wearing a left hand brace. Like I said I took 1 pill. So the next day I was feeling about the same that morning got my day started and felt like I wanted to do something but because of my back I didn’t try. But by the afternoon! I was fully energized and I went outside. I had on my hand brace and moved a pallet of cement blocks and placed around two trees in my yard. There were about 24-28 blocks per tree. I then went in the backyard and did the same to a flower bed I’m building. Now these aren’t your tiny blocks. These are cinder blocks you get from HomeDepot. I then cut the grass in the front and back yard. Then I started pressure washing the side of the house and driveway. I didn’t stop because I was tired I stopped because it was boring and I was getting wet. Then I went and cooked dinner. All in one day! I know it was the pill. The pain I can’t say it helped I think I forgot about it but I know it gave me energy for sure.

This is high quality and great price point!! I have tried another brand and felt nothing. I have been taking this for over a month now. Definitely feel the difference with this! Just turned 44 and I have been sluggish and just not myself for awhile. Perimenopausal? Probably. I have been getting stuff done around the house. I feel more motivated overall! I feel like myself again!!! I haven’t had any side effects such as hairless or acne. My skin and hair are oiler but I personally want that effect. My former super oily skin and hair is what has always kept me looking young for my age and kept fine lines away. Over the past two years I noticed my skin became dry and I didn’t look the same. My makeup goes on better now like it used to in my younger years. I can use my old foundation again without it caking or dry skin poking through. I complained about my oil my whole life but i will take oily skin and hair over dry! To top it off I lost a few pounds.
This is a real review. I have never received any free products ever. Just thought I would mention that. I am supplement crazy and buy a ton. It is kinda sick LOL!!! I will update any changes!
