Just a quick way to take creatine. I usually take 5000 mg and 4 caps of this is 3000 mg, so it doesn’t quite match up but good enough.

The supplement is well packaged, with no odor and capsules of the expected size and weight.
I did see that one capsule had popped open in transit, spreading its powder over the others.
I weighed the empty capsule, then weighed several others to check the weight of the contents. It appeared that each capsule I weighed was slightly underweight, but I believe that’s because of the powder that remained stuck in the one that had popped open. I believe these capsules contain the advertised amount of product.

I’m not giving your product a 3 stars review because it is a bad product, not at all. I am not sure how it works because I haven’t tried yet. Why? Because I’m trying to lose weight by losing fat and gain muscle but I don’t want to be big either. And according to the side effects of this product I might gain some weight and not losing any. So, if I’m getting the wrong information about it please get back to me and provide me the correct one. Right now I’m on Ozempic, high blood pressure medication and testosterone. Testosterone and ozempic both once a week and the blood pressure every day. Thanks so much for your understanding.

I like that this gives you a generous amount of capsules. The serving size is still 4 capsules, which mean it will last you about 4 months. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have not noticed any ill effects.
