Just opened my second bottle and LOVE that it is now clear…..that was my only gripe about the this lovely product previously. The new design allows you to see how much product is remaining in the dispenser.
I’m not sure how much this actually reduces dark circles….and, that’s not the main reason I purchased the product in any case. I am 62 years old have been searching for a light product to help with the puffiness and fine lines that come with this age.
The dispenser is easy to use. It takes a couple of applications to discover how much of the gel you will need. The first couple of times, I dispensed a bit too much and had product left over that I simply applied to my neck.
The product is an opaque gel. It has a light, cucumber scent. A little goes a long way! The product is easy to apply and goes on quite smoothly.
If you wait a few minutes before following up with a moisturizer….you can feel the product tightening the skin as it sets. I no longer wait to apply my moisturizer as I figure the moisturizer will simply “soften” up the “set” of eye cream/gel. This was an interesting observation….something good is happening!
I have used this product now for several months and do notice a reduction in the puffiness and fine lines around my eyes. It is a quality product that is reasonably priced. I also appreciate that the company follows up each purchase with an email to make sure you understand how to use the product, and then again to see how the product is working. That’s a level of customer service that’s hard to come by today!

Das Gel ist angenehm auf der Haut und hat tatsächlich einen leichten Kühlungseffekt, der Tränensäcke abschwächt. Störend ist lediglich, dass man nach ca. 1 Stunde eine neue Creme auftragen sollte, da die Haut spannt. Wenn man normale Gesichtsbewegungen macht, hat man sogar eine stärkere Falte unter den Augen als vorher. Also entweder Tränensäcke mit leichten Fältchen, oder wenig Tränensäcke mit einer starken Falte. Alles in allem aber trotzdem zu empfehlen, man muss nur wissen, wie man die Haut danach weiterbehandelt.

kann aber auch an mir liegen das ich es nicht regelmäßig nutze, dass heisst aber nicht das es

For the longest time, I couldn’t figure out why my eyes felt tired and heavy all the time, with my vision blurring constantly while wearing contacts through a long day. At first, my doctor said it may be due to my oily eyelids, but I thoroughly cleanse that area and the problem still remained. After doing some research online, some people suggested that their eye cream may be seeping into their eyes from their undereye area and causing the blurry vision! It made total sense and I have completely stopped using creams!
I now use eye gels, and the problem has significantly improved. My eyes don’t feel as heavy anymore, and I find the blurring occurs much less. Now finding a good eye gel with ingredients known to moisturize and address issues like aging and dark circles was the challenge. I’m so glad there’s Amazon because looking around, I found that eye gels weren’t that commonly sold in stores. I used Soothing Eye Gel with anti-aging Pycnogenol?0.50 Ounces by Derma-E first because I liked that their company uses mostly natural ingredients, it was at a good price and was so lightweight. But after a while, I just wanted something more moisturizing and I found this Amara Eye Gel. Usually when it comes to these unknown brands on Amazon, I’m very wary of the fantastic and possible paid, reviews they get. I ordered it anyway, and it’s been working out great so far!
The Amara eye gel is thicker than the watery consistency of derma e’s, but absorbs into the skin just as quickly. After it dries, the skin feels softer, but I can also feel a slight residue comparing it to my bare skin. I don’t personally experience any cooling sensation or find that it helps with puffiness, but I do see an instant softening of creases and dryness on my undereye area after applying it. Their instructions also suggest that you apply this not just under the eyes, but all over your face, including your forehead. I’m so glad I did because it’s helped with my breakouts!!
I’ve also had a recurring problem with getting breakouts from clogged pores on my forehead. No matter how many times I washed it, no matter how clean I kept my hair and my pillow cases, no matter what type of cleanser I used, and no matter what moisturizer I used, I kept getting annoying breakouts. Just like with my eyes, it never occurred to me that lotions and creams may be causing the problem. I’ve used so many moisturizers ranging from all-natural, to drug store, to more higher end like Murad, but I still kept getting breakouts. After trying a gel for my forehead area, I realized the problem was creams and lotions all along and that no matter how lightweight or non-comedogenic they claimed to be, they clogged my pores. I will never use a cream on my forehead again because using a gel has decreased the number of breakouts significantly. I’m also relieved that the anti-aging ingredients will hopefully improve the condition of the skin in that area too.
While the ingredients for the Amara eye gel sound magical (plant stem cells??), I have yet to notice any dramatic change in the reduction of dark circles or wrinkles. It’s okay though, because this product has helped me in so many other ways and I’m a happy customer!

Nice product, smells good and is excellent for dark circles, however, I have eye bags, nothing I’ve tried does anything for them, including this product, which I’m sad to say. But I also bought the moisturising cream, which I must say is very good, goes on well, smells lovely and leaves my face looking and feeling good.

This eye gel is incredible. I have been using it for the past several months. I consider myself a bit of a skincare guru and I have tried many things and have paid a range of prices. This eye gel has by far been the best. My only concern is that my facialist told me that any product used more than three months loses its potency (that has not been my experience with this product however) and she recommended switching products every three months and then once those three months are up, you can switch back to what you were initially using. I have been bad though and have definitely used this beyond three months because it’s just that good and I can’t find anything to take turns with it! If Amara made a second eye gel or cream, I would take turns with that one. I have told all of my girlfriends how great this eye gel is. I am in mid 30s and it does wonders. I truly believe it has taken years off my eye area. It firms, it lifts, it tightens, brightens and cools, and moisturizes. What more could you ask for and at the price too? Crow’s feet actually disappear!!
If you are familiar with the science behind the ingredients and what purposes they serve, it should be no surprise that Amara has done it again with this incredible eye gel. Other eye creams feel nice but are so pricey and don’t have the same potent cocktail of all the right ingredients (peptide, Vitamin E, etc.) and therefore do not produce the same noticeable results. The eye area (for men too but I am speaking about women here) is a much dryer part of our face and shows aging sooner so we really don’t have time to mess around and be a guinea pig because time is not on our side.
I also highly recommend their Advanced Age Defying Moisturizer with Fruit Stem Cells.

This is the first eye cream I have used that would give me a result! I am no spring chicken, so I have used quite a few eye cream. I have puffed eyes(eye bags) and dark circles problems. Many products(cheap or expensive) don’t really do much for me. They might make my eyes feel good as in giving out the cool feelings, and that is it. This Amara Organics eye cream, however, delivered the result upon the first use! After using it at night time, I could see the puffiness and darkness around my eyes improved. Wait, I am not saying this is a magic eye cream. What I mean is that I can see the difference, subtle, but noticable to me(if not to others). Having said that, I have only used it for a few days and I am really looking forward to the long run result it might bring to improve my problems.
Also this eye cream feels light, nice around the eye area with subtle refleshing smell. It also goes a long way with one squeeze.(I gave it a double squeeze the first time, but realized it was too much already) I would recommend to give it a go if you are having same problem as me. Because of this eye cream, I have now decided to try more of their products as well.
Moreover, Amara Organics provides second to none customers service, I mean really SECOND TO NONE!!! I emailed them back and forth for a few questions, and they got back to me even on bank holiday!!! Very nice and helpful!

Je ne vois pas d’effet sur les cernes ou gonflements, et j’ai l’impression qu’il approfondit les ridules sous les yeux en fait. Sous l’effet de la texture collante et épaisse, quand on fronce le visage et qu’on relâche, les ridules en ressortent approfondies et deux fois plus marquées. Et plus je m’en sers, plus je commence à ressentir une sensation de brûlure à l’application.
J’étais intéressée par les produits Amara Organics à cause des milliers de commentaires positifs sur leurs produits sur Amazon US, mais je m’interroge maintenant sur le fait qu’il n’y a pratiquement aucun vlogger sur Youtube qui en parle, ni aucun blog ou site beauté sur Google.
