I was looking for a fiber product that did not cause bloating and a lot of gas. This product works great and it helps me reach my fiber goal daily intake. It dissolves in coffee or water and has no taste. After trying it for a couple of weeks I decided to add it to my monthly subscription so I do not go without the product. Awesome product if you are looking for a way to increase your fiber but not the gas.

So, I have a lot of issues w bowel movements and I have recently been seen multiple times due to those issues and kept being told “fiber” “fiber” ”fiber, it makes your loose stools normal and your hard stools soft, well let me tell you that this product actually works, and it doesn’t take 5 weeks to actually see results. After no bowel movement for almost 2 weeks, I had one cup of coffee w this added and I was ready to go, and they were SOFT! I know TMI but this is a bowel movement product so just giving it straight. I take this everyday or every couple days and I’m actually having regular bowel movements and for ppl that have issues w that, you will understand how huge that is!!! Definitely been telling everyone about this. Kinda spendy but literally worth every penny!!!

I mixed a scoop with my coffee and protein powder, blended. Out came a delicious and creamy hot chocolate! This was purchased for my low-fat needs and my enormous struggle to get in any fiber since switching to a low-fat diet. No upset stomach. For reference, the protein powder (also low Fodmap) was Equip brand chocolate.

This product is highly recommended. I usually go (#2) once every week (my normal). This product has made me regular after continued daily use. I have taken this every day, once a day for almost a month. Normally I’m constipated with most fiber solutions. This product mixes extremely well, and is tasteless to me. Other fiber products work for a couple days and then I’m constipated. I was recommended to try this from my dietician. I’m so very grateful I found something to FINALLY work. This is a great price compared to other brands. It’s very gentle for me. I don’t get bad cramps. Highly recommend.

Ease, dissolves easily, and no taste go in cold water works great for me the no taste is a plus for me because I don’t like the ones with chalky or any flavors this one you can put in any drink and don’t have to worry about an awful taste
