I have struggled with rheumatoid arthritis for nearly two decades. The pharmaceuticals offered by western medicine have proven to be as debilitating as the disease. The side effects decreased my immunity and I was hospitalized with pneumonia and cellulitis. The specialists were only able to get it under control by taking me off my RA medications. I managed the pain and swelling of RA with ibuprofen, acetaminophen and naproxen, but was fearful of their side effects. I then read about Boswellia on a reputable arthritis website and was fortunate enough to order this brand. It was delivered promptly and I immediately started taking it. I was pain free after about an hour. Over the last month the pain is almost gone and the swelling due to inflammation has gone down considerably. Best of all NO SIDE EFFECTS! My skin no longer peels, the boils have gone away and my hair seems to be filling in. I no longer am fearful of the side effects of the over the counter pain relievers.

Severe is a reading of 3 or higher and mine was 8.9. I hadn’t planned to purchase this product. I had been doing a lot of research to find a quality Marine Collagen. I finally decided on Amandean because I was very impressed by what I read about them. When I went to their website, I saw the Boswellia product … like it was meant to be … and ordered it along with the Marine Collagen. I am taking it for the inflammation and possible breast cancer. Of course, I haven’t had time to feel the full effects of the Boswellia, but it has already eased my fibromyalgia pain. That, and as well as the Marine Collagen is already working for me, I’m sure that I have chosen a quality product and, I believe, a reliable company. They sent an email after shipment to make sure that I received the product and that everything was ok. I’ll try to remember to come back in a month, after taking my first bottle, to update this review, if I’m able to do that.

I combined one capsule of Amandean Premium Grade Third Harvest Boswellia Extract with one capsule 500 mg CuraMed Superior Absorption Curcumin 500 mg. I had something very small to eat and took both capsules before I went to sleep. My deep pains, inflammation and arthritis are very resistant to conventional methods. For the first time in so long I had a very deep sleep and when I awoke in the morning it felt like my body cooled down in side. It did not feel strained and I felt energized that has carried me through the day. I do not want to mislead that it has eliminated every ounce of pain but it has subdued a significant amount. Although it is still very early I hope that this will continue. I would much rather spend my money on something that is truly all natural and plant based than any prescription, ibuprofen or acetaminophen. I am happy to retire all of that.

I found this product after researching the benefits of Boswellia Extract. I’ve been taking Turmeric Curcumin for a while to help with the pain I have in my knees as a result of Patella Tendinitis. I was diagnosed with it last fall even though I’ve been suffering with it for about a year before the diagnosis. I started taking Tumeric and it helped, some but not enough. The tendinitis is very painful. It prevents me from bending down, getting on my knees – doing anything that involves my knees is hopeless! My knees hurt ALL THE TIME and the pain wakes me up at night. I’ve gotten cortisone shots and the pain would subside but only as long as I wasn’t active and that’s not an option for me. I like to work out. Actually, I need to work out to maintain a 65lb weight loss I achieved a few years ago. Having Patella Tendinitis basically prevented me from working out – even walking was painful. I started gaining weight as a result and that’s when I started researching natural remedies for this ailment. I started out with the Turmeric because I had so many people tell me that it worked for them. It did work but only in high dosages and it was harsh on my stomach. So then I cam across information for Boswellia Extract and I thought why not give it a try. But why this brand? I checked the reviews as well as the ingredients and decided to try it. If I didn’t like it or didn’t work I just wouldn’t purchase it again. I ordered it and started taking it as soon as it came. I took it as recommended and after a week it was okay but not to the point that I was excited. So, I decided to take 2 pills instead of one and that made all the difference in the world – immediately. Not sure if you should do that but it worked for me. I will buy this brand again because I’m a firm believer in the old adage that if it ain’t broke, why fix it!!

I liked that it’s only Boswellia and no filler or additives (just the basic); no GMO and that it is vegan etc. The dosage is just right, in one capsule daily. I can smell the unmistaken wonderful scent of Frankincense. I take it for R/A and I am sure it is helping in the healing process.
