These work very well at holding unexpected voiding of the whole bladder, without leaking around the edges. They’re easy to dispose of since they don’t drip on the floor when you remove them.
They are scented, which I realize can be a problem for those who have sensitive skin or sensitive noses. The scent is strong when you first open the bag, but it diminishes somewhat if you let the bag air out for a day or so, then you don’t notice it so much. It’s not a bad smell and doesn’t really bother me, but I can understand why there should be a version that’s not scented for those who can’t tolerate it.
In summary, I think these do a great job at their primary function – holding a lot of liquid and not leaking. The scent may be off-putting to some, but isn’t a problem for me.

These are super soft. I was afraid the material would irritate my skin but I’ve been wearing these 12 days post partum and I have no issues. I may get some to use for regular menstruation from now on lol! I got a size small and I weight 150lbs

The disposable underwear is super cute to wear considering why you are wearing it for. I bought a 32 pack due to having a natural birth. I used them postpartum while I was healing. They are super comfortable and fit perfectly. They aren’t bulky like other adult diapers. They were easy to rip/pull off depending on what your like to do. What I like most about them is that during postpartum you don’t want to deal with all the mess, so having these you can just dispose of them after every use and don’t have extra laundry to do. I will 100% buy them again for when I plan to have my next baby. These are a Postpartum Essential!! I would post pictures of the product but I used them all already!! Super worth it!

I do enjoy the fact that these are made to look like real panties. Odor free is also a big hit with me. No leaking, hooray for that! They are comfortable to wear for the most part. For me personally ,I sometimes have a bit of an issue with the seam on leg being a bit tight at times and have to keep pulling at it. All in all I would still give them a 5 star rating. I feel comfortable wearing them any place at any time with no worries about someone noticing I have them on. I purchase the S/M size and rather wish they did come in small and medium. Can’t have everything so am thankful for what I’ve got. Good product!

I recently had to have major surgery and it has become necessary to use incontinence products temporarily. I am very pleased with the fit and absorbency of this product. It isn’t too bulky and yet it works perfectly at keeping you dry in all the right places. I can go out and do errands with complete confidence. I had concerns about the fabric irritating my skin after prolonged wear but I haven’t had any issues after using these for two months. They are very lightweight and breathable and also strong and effective where necessary.

I recently tried the product for my postpartum journey, and I have mixed feelings.
On the plus side, the fit was excellent, and I appreciated the sleek, non-bulky design. They looked and felt just like regular underwear, which was a huge confidence booster. I got these for my 90 year old mom. She loves them so much, she threw out all her underwear. LOL She tells me all the time how convenient they are, and comfy they are. They are not bulky. And you can rip the sides apart when done, to quickly remove them. She loves that! She feels secure in knowing she is protected when she needs it. That makes me happy, too….. on so many levels. I recommend them.
