    I have been using Alpha face wash for more than 20 years and it works great. It removes all makeup including eye makeup. It doesn’t dry out my skin and will never use anything else. Love it.

    I thought Alpha Hydrox had been discontinued. I stumbled across Alpha online, read ingredient labels, and took a chance. So happy with my purchases! Best cleanser and moisturizer for my extremely oily skin! Please never ever stop making this cleanser and lotion!

    The box came opened, so I was concerned about that. I also noticed the box was very simple, which made me questioned its legitimacy. The bottle itself was sealed.

    I just tried it for the first time and it seems like a basic cleanser. It smells like a facial cleanser, which isn’t a bad thing. I just expected something more for an acne/dark spot targeting face wash with a high reputation.

    My skin is soft and smooth, so that’s nice. The cleanser is light and gentle on the skin, so I had to use a larger amount. I have oily skin, so we’ll see how this helps control that. I really hope it targets the dark spots in the weeks to come. Will update 🙂

    This is the best facial wash I’ve ever used and probably have been using for 20 years now. Eons ago, I used a similar unscented one from Neutrogena but in the early 90s they changed formulations, added fragrance to everything, and it was horrible! Luckily after much trial and error, I found Alpha Hydrox (now “Alpha”) and have never looked back – please DO NOT waste your money on “expensive” face washes! Take those savings and invest in real estate, stocks and your education! This one is FANTASTIC, honestly THE BEST, and it’s made right here in the United States, where you can trust it’s done correctly. The company is amazing and I highly recommend the 12% Alpha Hydrox “cream” (in a tube,) and their 14% glycolic acid toner/peel – FANTASTIC (you will wake up with baby soft skin!) and also a great bang for the bucks. PLEASE try this cleanser if you’re on the fence – you’ll love it!!

    I’ve been using this for years and still LOVE it. I even use it on my arms and neck in the shower. It’s gentle, foamy and really removes the makeup.
