The pills arrived with two safety seals, one on the outside and one on the inside. The pills are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I feel good about taking this supplement. It’s made in the USA which is a plus for me. The bonus pill container is great. I don’t know that I would keep this supplemnt in it, but it definately comes in handy for other items such as pain relievers.

The pill container is a nice touch for when you need to bring something with you on the go. It’s a quality supplement and works well, I’m just giving four stars because of the fillers and because it would be nice if you didn’t have to take two to get the full dose, I like when my full dose is contained in on capsule.

This supplement is more universal than most and is noted to provide assistance to blood circulation in feet and hands for neuropathy, improve mental attitude, and serve as an antioxidant. That is a powerful combination and for such an affordable price, I found this bottle of easy to swallow nutrients a boost for me.
The product claims to be allergen free from top allergens, NON-GMO, and vegan, in addition to being made in the USA. This is always a top priority on my list. I thought this was a great idea to get multiple sources of goodness with one source. There is an added bonus with the included key chain carrier. The metal screw top canister easily carries a couple of days servings, random other items, or odd treats in a safe manner. I am excited to find the exact items to keep in this fun, handy, tiny tote but it is fun to try!
I am not a health care worker but if you are in the market for an affordable version of Alpha Lipoic Acid, this one was pleasant for me.

This Alpha Lipoic Acid has been fine to use so far. ALA is not one I ever see immediately noticeable results from, it’s more of an over the years benefit kind of supplement. This appears to be good quality. The capsules are easy enough to swallow with no negative effects. The price point seems reasonable. Thumbs up.
Butterfly –
These seem like a very typical ALA supplement at a slightly higher strength (650mg when I mostly see 600mg around).
The capsules are yellowish and smell maybe slightly of vinegar, which makes sense since ALA is an acid. The capsules are medium-size, maybe a little smaller than the other ALA supplements I have taken.
What I was actually most excited about is the little swag they give you, a silver screw-top pill container on a keychain with the brand name on it. I don’t know that I will put my ALA pills in it, but I frequently take caffeine pills over long days and might catch myself wanting another one later in a long day of work away from home. It’s a really nice-quality pill container.
I’ll say definitely 5 stars because of the cute little container, and I’m normally not really swayed by swag. But the product seems good too.
Summery –
These are easy to swallow with no taste or aftertaste. A tip though for ALA is to take with food. It helps keep any heartburn or mouth irritation under control. Since everyone processes supplements different, I won’t review effectiveness.

O recipiente de pílulas é um vencedor!! Definitivamente vale $1 a mais do que as pílulas sozinhas! Quanto a este suplemento: Este ALA não especifica se é R-ALA ou se contém S-ALA e R-ALA (o que geralmente significa que é uma mistura). R-ALA é o tipo mais biodisponível… e aqueles com SOMENTE R-ALA afirmam isso. A maioria dos ALA no mercado parece ser uma mistura. (Quando meu médico recomendou que eu tomasse ALA pela primeira vez, o R-ALA nem estava no mercado!) Além disso, as cápsulas de Ácido Alfa-Lipóico parecem estar em boas condições. Você precisa tomar 2/dia para uma dose. Não tive problemas com este suplemento. O benefício é difícil de determinar, mas não notei nenhuma queda desde que mudei da minha marca anterior.
