I’ve been using Zyn for years. I bought these to try to kick the nicotine habit. The taste is fine, not great. The pouches are definitely bigger than Zyns. Everything is alright with them except every single can has had at least 2-3 pouches that are torn and leaking. I think it’s a little crazy that this is an item I can’t return even though every item has been damaged.

I have made a year of orders of these (full rolls, not talking cans – 1-3 on any given week over that year). The first 7-9 moths of rolls or so were wonderful and my review was a glowing 5 stars. Then I hit my first bad batch (of at least that’s how I think of it, because it’s the entire roll, not per can). The bad ones are an AWFUL bitter flavor after the first 3-10 seconds (the ‘coating’ is still like it should be). My next roll was solid so I just wrote that bad batch roll off.
Here recently and with growing frustration, the quality of the flavor has been random at best and decreased to 1 of every 3 entire rolls I’ve ordered being good. As in… ONE good, TWO awful. I’ve gone from a raving fan to a guy giving a 3 star review while thinking it really should be a 1 star, but the early on and when they are good deserve some credit. I did notice that if the rolls come wrapped in the branded black wraps those are almost always bad now. If the roll comes in unmarked white wrap, it is good 100% of the time in my experience. If I see white I get fired up even.
At first I thought maybe I ordered from 2 different vendors or something and just needed to find the white wrapped rolls vendor. But… nope… not a thing. It’s random on what they will be wrapped in and therefore the quality.
This deserves a 1 if I’m only thinking on the last 2 months of orders. It’s getting a 3 from me because of my early experience and the praise I have for these when they aren’t duds. I’ve canceled all my Amazon subscriptions (on all 3 fuel flavors). If I can get some kind of guarantee that the quality and consistency will return, I’ll be back in a heartbeat. I don’t want any freebies to be clear. This product has lost a customer that will willingly and gladly return if effort is made to assure quality and show some follow through with that assurance.
I’m a 2 roll a week customer going to 0 ever again, I’m here ready to be won back with no freebies or handouts. Please fix your quality & consistency issues and reach out! (Long shot, I know, but gotta shoot it)
Updated 2/13/24 – last roll arrived today. Another bad batch of bitter nasty pouches. Will gladly change to a 5 star and be a customer for another year if changes can be made to the consistent quality

I enjoy the flavor and definitely give me the clean energy I need without getting jittery. The only downside is I’m going through them quite rapidly. They are really good for driving and keeping me alert.

I used zyn to get off from tobacco. I’ve had issues completely cutting out nicotine since I usually just white knuckle it. This time around I wanted to try a non nicotine/tobacco substitute.
I bought these to help the withdrawals from nicotine. Having the oral sensation of a pouch definitely helped. The minty flavor doesn’t last long but after the mint flavor dissipates you’re left with a subtle sweetness that lasts for over an hour. The ouches definitely last a lot longer than I was expecting them too. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the pouches are huge for the amount of powder in them. It makes them slightly uncomfortable if you don’t pack the lip just right because it feel like you have some loose fabric in your lip. On top of that I don’t notice any calming or focussing effects. Other than an oral fixation and some sweetness there’s nothing more to it and I see it as false advertisement. I’ve gone through 4 or 5 tins so far. Not ordering them again. Decided to try Teaza and Cannadip next.
Overall, they do help with the withdrawals which is the most important thing with these. If you want something that will give you more of a sensation then get the ones with caffeine. One of my favorite times to dip was before bed so I wanted something that wouldn’t keep me awake.

The mango flavor is strong, and a bit almost too sweet for my tastes, but they help me feel better, and it helps with pain a bit, and calms a strongly beating heart a bit, and gently takes the edge off in stressful situations, be it from pain, being tired, etc. These help my sleep with nutrition, instead of a drug that acts directly on those receptors.
When I went through my 1st batch, I purposely stopped using them, and noticed I wasn’t sleeping so well, again. I’ll be ordering more. I hope they come up with a less sweet pouch, and more flavors. Lemon, cherry, dark chocolate and other flavors would be great! (HINT, HINT!!!)
I hope the manufacturer will come out with other flavors, and perhaps fillable pouches, and perhaps kits, where people can fill their own pouches with nutrients of your choice, add your own flavors, etc.). That would be amazing! Some of the pouches made have guarana in them, which some of us are sensitive to. Caffeine is also in some (not these mango one,though) pouches, which can be a problem in the evening, unless you work nights
I have a strong dislike of most anything mint, so more flavors would be great. For now, it’s an ultra sweet mango, until/unless otherwise flavors are added.
