Maybe it’s a mental thing, but Alpha Brain really seems to help my memory. i can recall names alot better. i quit taking for a while thinking it was just me, or mental but i seemed to lose my ability to recall names.

Well, I guess I’m a little slow because it took me a bottle and a half and two trips to the doctor, with blood tests and X-rays, to figure out that my health issues were caused by taking Alpha Brain Capsules. The doctors could not find any problems. Most days, I would take only one, and some days, I would take two. After about three months, I started comparing my symptoms with the dates I was feeling the worst, and I became suspicious that Alpha Brain might be the cause of my symptoms. I stopped taking the supplement, and the symptoms soon went away.
Some of the symptoms I experienced were nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, stomach pain, bloating, gas pain with burping, and feeling weak with no energy. So, Alpha Brain might work for some people, but it did not work for me and caused health issues.

I’ll be honest, I only started taking this product because it was promoted by Joe Rogan. That being said, I was impressed with how eloquent he is and with his ability to maintain interesting conversations. I am currently going through nursing school, so I figured I’d take this as I needed any help I could get. IT. IS. AMAZING! On days that I use this, my thought process just keeps flowing. I’m so productive that I’ve finished entire research papers in a single sitting. Memorization and recall of anatomy were wonderfully surprising to me as if I had been studying all week versus a single night of study. Comparatively, I’ve had instances where I had run out of it, and I just had constant mental block after mental block. Could this all be psychosomatic? Possibly. But if that’s the case, then it’s still well worth it! It’s no NZT-48 (Limitless), but it’s similar as it certainly helps with focus and mental productivity. I take two capsules 1-2 hours prior to my studying/homework. It puts me in this efficient, ready to rock mental state. You don’t actually feel anything like a buzz. The best way I can describe it is when you search for information in your brain, it’s as if it is immediately within reach.
I highly recommend this to students and to those who just want to be able to be more mentally effective in their everyday lives.

They definately help with focus but despite taking one at 7 in the morning it disturbs my sleep too much.
