Needed a heat pad that molds to the shoulders to relieve that “kink” in the neck you get while working at computer all day. Power cord is long enough to allow to sit in your chair and relax. The timer works great, heat is warm, but not to much. comfortable to have over the shoulders, the snap can be a bit tight but really isn’t necessary as the weight rests easily on the shoulders without the need of attaching around neck. Good buy, good product.

The weight and heat are just perfect to relax into after /during a tiring day. Sitting at a desk all day at a computer, it is easy to experience stiffness in shoulders and neck and this heating pad provides the right fix to that.

It works very well, it’s a little big on me but it’s the perfect size for my boyfriend. The heat settings work very well and it heats up quickly and the cord makes it easy to wear without having to worry about the cord length. I would love if it had an extra button or two on it to accommodate for smaller shoulders, but it works great regardless.

My stress has always hit my neck area. For years, the only relief I could find was a microwavable bean bag heating pad. The heat never lasted long and so I would make many trips to the kitchen to reheat. In the end, it never did much to alleviate my pain.
Finding this neck and shoulder plug-in heating pad on Amazon was a dream come true. Once I plug it in and set the heating level, I can snuggle up on my sofa and relax while the heating pad does the work. Because the snap fits securely, the warmth targets the muscles that need soothing. And if I fall asleep, I don’t need to worry because it has an auto shut-off feature.
I would highly recommend this heating pad to anyone who has shoulder or neck pain. You will wonder how you ever got along without it!

This neck and shoulder wrap is great in the fact that it really is contoured to rest around the intended areas and stay in place. I like the snap to secure it in the front which is necessary for me in that I have a very small frame, so it seems to be a little loose fitting. I would have preferred that it be a little more “weighted” to really rest on the neck and shoulders a little better. This model does have heat coils up into the neck area which is a feature I was absolutely wanting in a heating pad. I looked at many similar looking heated wraps and couldn’t get a clear idea from the manufacturing advertisement or customer reviews as to if that was the case for their products.

I really like this and so does my husband. He has bulging discs throughout his neck and issues with stiff muscles throughout his shoulders from his time in the Army and he loves this thing. The warmth is hot enough to help with aches and pains but not enough to burn your skin. I have problems with tension headaches from extremely tight neck muscles and this has helped to alleviate some of that. The heat is relaxing and is a great nonpharmacological means of pain relief or ease as opposed to taking medications. The cord is a decent length and the remote is easy to use. I love that it’s fitted to the neck as opposed to using a square pad. Highly recommend!

Got this for my grandma and she loves it! It stays worsen the whole time you are using it because it is a plug in which is nice. It also fits your neck and shoulders so well it’s so nice! It’s very comfortable, and the quality is great!
