I tried it different ways but the best is if you use a blender with either almond milk or coffee. This way really is enjoyable with a dash of cinnamon. As long as you use the blender as opposed to the shaker cup, it will avoid the chalkiness.

I’m totally in love 💕 with Almased❣️. I remember this product being in GNC and I saw it in one of their newsletters or it might’ve been a magazine on an airline years ago when I was in my 20’s lol I’m 46 years old now. Finally decided to start it on August 16, 2024 and today I’ve about 6 pounds being on it for 9 days. I feel great and I’m not hungry at all. I love making my Veggie broths every two days or so because it makes my house smell so good! My son loves to drink my broth now! Packed with so much flavor I prefer it over store bought and V8 juice lol. Going to extend my phase 1 one more week and then I’ll jump to Phase two. I’m amazed that I’m not hungry and looking for sugary products❣️💖

I followed the instructions to the letter for two days, and I gained 6 pounds in two days! I fasted and only drank the shake for the cleanse and somehow I managed to put on weight, rather than lose it. The taste is horrible, but I drink greens every day so I can get past that part. I just would have never imagined that it would make me gain weight!

I just started this, 1) cause I’d like to lose weight 2) I can’t eat solids right now anyways cause I just got all my teeth pulled so I need to be on a liquid diet till it heals. First thing I noticed was it was kind of bland. But it did fill me up. Taste wasn’t all that great. So I tried adding banana extract, cocoa and neither of those really helped. Kind gave it a sort of funky taste. So I decided to try my salted caramel Skinny Syrup. OMG it is so good. That’s just like a Milk shake. To get by the chalkiness I use a Ninja blender. I also use sugar free almond milk and ice… so delicious. This has really good ingredients and with the Ninja blending is a breeze. There’s a bunch of recipes on line but I like the vanilla unsweetened almond milk, ice and skinny syrup.

I found this product to be extremely effective. I followed the same recipe as some other users and combined cinnamon powder, Stevia sweetener, and nature’s way coconut oil with the product, along with Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, and Flax seeds in my shake. The result was not only a great-tasting shake but also a significant reduction in my appetite. However, the only downside is the price. I need to use around 10 scoops in each shake, causing the can to be depleted quickly if I have three shakes a day. Despite the cost, this product is worth the buy, as it’s effective. After using it for 2 months, I lost around 7 pounds. I switched to a cheaper shake powder afterward, but I gained the weight back and my cravings for sweet items returned. This product has worked wonders for me, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it again. I’d rate it 10 out of 10 for effectiveness and 4 out of 10 for the price.

The taste may take some getting use to for some, but I actually like it! This is the only shake that has everything I need for my day. Protein, vitamins and minerals that keep me going. The best part is that it is the ONLY shake that keeps me full and has helped me maintain weight loss!!! I don’t think about snacking after I have my shake. It is a quality product, and although expensive, you can find ways to get discounts and even if you can’t, it’s well worth it! Highly recommend!
