This ALLERSOLV Quercetin with Bromelain Advanced Allergy & Immune Complex comes in tamper evident packaging, with both an outer seal around the lid and an inner seal on the bottle top and come packed with cotton. I purchased this in 12/2023 and the expiration date on the bottle is 11/2025.
This supplement is made in the USA in a GMP certified facility. It is vegan and non-GMO. This bottle contains 90 capsules, making this a 45 day display (the dose is 2 capsules per day).
Each 2 capsule dose contains 200mg of Vitamin C, 10mg of Zinc, 500mg of Quercetin Dihydrate, 500mg of Stinging Nettle, 150mg of Bromelain, and 2mg of BioPerine.
Capsules are large and dark goldenrod in color. They have no offensive smell, taste, or aftertaste. I was able to swallow these easily with a spoonful of yogurt.
I am happy to have these on hand for the upcoming allergy season.

Overall: Recommended! Impressed by the ingredients and there are no objectionable additives. Nice that it has good manufacturing practice certification. Good to have black pepper to help with absorption. Not sure if it will solve allergies but they are nice support ingredients. Cheers

I wasn’t 100% sure if this was supposed to be a supplement that would alleviate currently occuring allergy symptoms, or if it was just supposed to boost immunity to allergins. It seems like it’s moreso the later of the two. I have some weird random allergic reactions to some kind of plant in the woods behind my house. They happen maybe once every 2 or 3 months. I’m not sure what it is, but I did try taking some of these supplements when my eyes were swelling up a little after taking my dog for a walk through the woods. They didn’t seem to help that much with the swelling. I also tried taking them in the morning during a week I planned to be outside often. I didn’t experience any allergy symptoms that week. I’m not sure if it was because of the supplements or not, all I know is that I didn’t experience any allergies.

Since moving to a new state 3 years ago my allergies have been progressively getting worse. They start around April, and it seems from then to the end of summer I am reacting to one pollen or another!
My naturopath has suggested that this year I try taking a product that contains Quercetin, Vitamin C, and Bromelain. I wanted to try this allergy product from Allersolv because it has all of those plus Stinging Nettle and Zinc. She tells me to start taking this about a month before allergy season. It’s December now, so I won’t begin to take this until about March. I will return later and update you on how it goes.
The capsules are fairly large and two are a serving. I swallowed a couple, just to try them now, I feel like I need a cracker to chase them down, so later I will take them in the middle of a meal!
I appreciate that these are lab verified, made in the USA, and they are vegan for those that practice that eating practice.

haven’t noticed a ounce of difference. I suffer from allergies every day (own a cat i’m allergic too) this has not relieved any symptoms

Did not work for me but most medications don’t or have weird, even reversed side effects.
So don’t consider this unless you have this issue too.
