Too early to notice improvements….I’ll update this review in the next future if it improves. I’m updating my review on November 30, 2016. I was taking Allergy Research Group Nattokinase Nsk-Sd 50 on an empty stomach as recommended and I started developing gastritis which made stop taking it at all. Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase, etc, must be taken on an empty stomach, so be aware if you’re sensitive on your stomach or if you have already some sort of gastritis. It will worsen the symptoms. My tip: If you have stomach sensitivity or gastritis and if you take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, take it with a warm water 8 oz glass with a table spoon of honey diluted on it. It seals your stomach lining. Another tip is take it with a 8 oz glass of water diluted with a tea spoon of baking soda.

This was a suggestion from my ND for long covid symptoms (chest tightness). Good news… it worked! Chest tightness went away immediately! Bad news… it dropped my blood pressure like a rock (I have perfect bp normally). So only take if you have high blood pressure you’re trying to manage.
