This productive is effective and relieves seasonal pollen allergy. Hay Fever seems to be universal disease that is tormenting majority of the populations. I suffered a lot in Seattle area during spring and summer, while Austin area is even worse especially during the notorious CEDAR FEVER season. But this solution saved me and ever since I started using it, I have only had very mild symptoms.
What I like about it!
1. There is basically no scent, not harsh on the nasal pathway at all
2. I have consulted with the ENT and they confirm that it is harmless to the body
3. You dilute this product with water and use it with a nasal spray or a nets pot, therefore the volume is plenty that it will last for years, hence it is great value

I usually don’t write reviews but this product improved my quality of life enough that I felt compelled to share my results. Late November/early December every year my sinuses stop up like clockwork and everyone knows how miserable that is. It’s not allergy related either so those meds don’t help. Over the years I have used saline rinses which do help somewhat but not to the degree I would like. A colleague recommended Alkalol to me and it has made a noticeable difference from using just saline rinses. Everyone uses different methods and products but here is what works for me. I use a hand held battery powered rinser from itherau that is available on Amazon at a reasonable cost. It’s the kind that you hold up to one nostril and the gunk flows out of the other. It has 3 different settings depending on how strong you want the flow to be. I use it in the shower so I don’t have to worry about the mess or holding my head over the sink at a weird angle. I use 8 ounces of warm distilled water, one saline packet, and two teaspoons of alkalol per rinse. I rinse one side and then repeat the process with the other nostril. I have the second 8 oz. mixture ready to go so i don’t have to stop the shower and fix up another mixture. I just pour it into the empty itherau and do the second rinse.The itherau holds about 10oz. so that’s how I have to do it. The extra amount of mucous it was washing out compared to just the saline rinse was instantly noticeable. When i first received the alkalol I did this twice a day. Once in the morning and then again about an hour before bedtime. I did this for 3 days but now only have to do it once a day in the evening because the results have been so positive. It has been a game changer for me. I can breathe freely and the biggest plus has been that i can finally get a good nights sleep which is crucial. After just a couple of days my wife even noticed how much more soundly I was sleeping without having to constantly get up to blow my nose or be snorting and sniffling all night which affected her sleep too so she is a big fan also. Sleeping in a separate room was on the table so I’m really glad this product has worked for me and i hope if you use it you will get some relief too. Please use distilled or previously boiled water because you do not want any extra germs or bacteria being shot into your sinuses. Using warm water helps loosen the mucous too not to mention how uncomfortable it is to shoot cold water up your nose! You can adjust the amount of alkalol to your liking too. The 2 teaspoons per 8oz. of water that I use is considered the medium dose and has worked well for me. Everyone has their own definition of affordable but three 16oz. bottles for $20 seemed very reasonable to me considering the relief it has given me and how little you have to use for it to be effective. i have been using this since the early 80’s as a nasal cleanse.. first as an occasional whim alternative to sea salt water, and i just got addicted to always whenever possible, having it on hand.. its a great solvent if already congested [got lazy with sea salt water neti) allows for easy effective return to sea salt water after just one or 2 daily usages.. it can be diluted in use accordingly to need.. i like the design of the pipette the boxed bottle comes with you do need one of those (these back-up supply bottles have none), tho’ i preferred the original boxed glass one.. always have one or more of these on hand.. currently living in a very heavy pollen season locale, never had a problem with this {what they smear as Medical Allergy: its just irritant, you gotta be dead to not notice.. or at least to not SEE the thick yellow coating of pollen on the cars -(or at least the OPAQUE Pollen Yellow Coating on your auto windshield you can’t even drive to the carwash with that..) well how can that not irritate your respiratory passages from a minimal not minding to a major i can’t breathe..} before – i think was what prompted me to buy this huge 3-pack happily-priced supply… i like the all natural essential oils Medicinal type fragrance and all, but you can’t be so lazy as to not bother ever using it its not gonna help just sitting in the linen closet.. i suppose you could open it and just SMELL it once in a while 😂.. today.. maybe i’ll use it today i can FEEL that it would help if i did. i’m not really LAZY.. i am just not physically well right now. “🎶you wouldn’t believe what i’ve been thu..🎶” 😆 🤕

I’m amazed and thrilled. I don’t feel like this after using most products but this is every bit as good as they claim it to me. I’m so happy that I now have an effective and safe way to relieve my stuffy nose anytime I need to.
This did not come with the cup which was a problem initially, since the amount of product you use is mixed into the cup by the teaspoonful. After researching it, the cup can be purchased by itself but it doesn’t look like it’s worth purchasing. But it holds approximately 2 oz so with that knowledge, I can get the ratio right.
I use this with my electric nasal spray irrigator that I bought off Amazon and the 2 items together work perfectly. Happy, happy woman.
