    The jury is out on how it works, but the people have spoken about the flavor…GUILTY! Ugh, I am usually very level-headed about medicine flavors, but this has got to be THEE WORST FLAVOR I have encountered in years…probably decades…YUCK! I’ll hate if it works well, because then I’ll need to take/taste it again.

    I’m a big fan of Alka Seltzer cold products from back in the day, FYI. I’ve had a lingering chest cold for two weeks, so fingers crossed it does something.

    I have daily migraines and should avoid over the counter pain meds. I like that this does not contain anything unnecessary when I just wanted to treat a cough.

    This is an excellent decongestant and well worth the few dollars cost. This particular variation of Alka-Seltzer contains no type of pain reliever so I will occasionally drop an aspirin or two in while it fizzes. This stuff works great.

    I like that I am still able to purchase this form of any alka-seltzer product. all alka-seltzer fizzy medication works really fast and does not upset the stomach.
