Meds are great but the last 3 packs I ordered you need scissors to open individual packs.not happy about this. Thinking about buying something else. Not great for someone who has problems wit hands. My husband has great gripe & he has problems opening. Crazy

I have always been a fan of Alka-Selzer for my cold and flu sickness. My granddaughter cannot swallow meds if it’s liquid form. So it was great to find the gel tabs for her. It helped pull her through the flu recently.

I am a 56 year old grandmother of 7 grandkids and 2 adult daughters. I am the one that buys the medicine. I have bought the daytime and night time of this medicine and it works great!!! I will never use anything else after knowing how good this works. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital because I had a bad cough with congestion, bad ear aches and head hurt bad . I started taking this medicine and I felt it working very quickly.. luckily I didn’t have to go to the hospital or doctor because I just didn’t have the energy to go.. I now swear by this medicine!!!

These Alka-Seltzer PowerMax Gels are amazing, and are the best in general hands down!! We’ve been using them consistently since the very beginning of January, and they work better than any other medicine we’ve tried. They work great for the flu (which my husband had tested positive for in January) a general head cold, or even bad allergies! They’ve helped a lot, easy to swallow, don’t make you feel sick at all or settle weird in your stomach, they work great and last! Always have them in the cupboard.
