    I wish I had noticed it was the gel caps. The effervescent work better, and I thought that was what I was ordering.

    works really well, especially if you take it when you feel the first signs of getting sick. But, I recommend taking it for at least a week, because even if you feel better, it will come back.

    i get sick very often and nothing helps really and with time eventually gets better. whenever i get cold it gets extremely bad and cough just dont go away. After using Alka seltzer, i have noticed a huge difference in time duration and symptoms severity. Use this plus apple cider vinegar 1-2 tbs in.a glass of water and you are good to go.
