   This is the perfect alternative for somebody who is unable to swallow pills. My stepdaughter just thinks they’re awesome. They really help with her cramps and bloating, et cetera.

   Not as good for relieving period pain Midol. Good for those who can’t swallow pills like my daughter.

   These gummies had a great flavor. They seemed to intensify some symptoms. There are only 3 active ingredients and the Chaste Berry is a surprisingly low dose.

   I waited awhile to review these because I wanted to make sure it was a time I really needed them. I have very painful cramps and I’m always up for trying new things.
   This doesn’t seem to alleviate any issues, but my situation is so bad that it might help a little, but not enough to notice a difference.

   They taste good though, and the ingredients themselves do seem like they “should” help. It’s just not for me.
   Worth noting that one serving is 3 gummies. This bottle will last you 20 days. The average time of period is 4 days (some longer, like me) and you’re supposed to start taking this a few days before. So 6 days a month, give or take. This $20 bottle will last about a month. For me, the value isn’t there.

   I started using them so I can’t say anything except that the taste is very pleasant and the consistency is like a typical gummies , the composition is safe and natural, I recommend it

   My wife wasn’t impressed by the flavor but liked the results. She can have pretty terrible cramps each month when the ‘dragons’ come so she’s always happy to find anything that actually helps. She tried these out for a month and was pleased at how much they helped. They’re out of stock right now but we’re hoping to grab them the next time they’re back.

   What I liked about it: Less cramping.

   What I didn’t like: Unimpressive flavor.

   Overall, my wife recommends giving these a try to see if they help with your cramps!

   My daughter (21) is taking this on the regular

   She said it is helping with the cram intensity.

   I’m happy to keep getting it for her

   She also said the flavor and texture is fine with her..
