I’ve purchased, and loved, so many TRP Natural products so I’m excited to see more products like this cough and congestion spray! This is a spray you use in your mouth, let sit for the product to get into your mucous membranes. I prefer under my tongue as I find products absorb better there. Tastes like the black cherry listed, which is far from my favorite flavor, but there weren’t options (I’d prefer tasteless or something lighter like a barely there strawberry).
Zinc is known to benefit our bodies when sick and I believe homeopathy medicine assist our immune systems to fight the gunks, instead of masking or drugging symptoms. I feel man-made meds extend ickiness by not letting our bodies just fight the gunks and build our long-term immunity.

The TRP’s “Natural Relief Cough & Congestion Spray” is a homeopathic medication which has several homeopathic medicines of different strengths combined into this spray. The item came very well packaged in an amber colored glass bottle with a spray lid. The bottle was also safety sealed with plastic. The bottle was only 60% full.
The carton has information about direction to use, ingredients, lot number and expiry (in 3 years). There is no information on where this is manufactured but FDA’s NDC number (17312-432-23) is provided indicating this is manufactured in an FDA registered facility.
I have not had a chance to use this as I got this for the medicine cabinet, with winter on the way. This is normally my first line of defense.

I am familiar with this brand, but have never tried these products. Obviously I wouldn’t be honest if I gave a review regarding effectiveness just yet. I will say that I am impressed by the ingredients, as well as the clear information and secure packaging. I always go natural for as long as I possibly can. I avoid taking anything for pain, colds, etc unless it is my last resort. This looks good, along with other measures. I’m actually looking forward to trying it out. When I need it of course.

This product works pretty good. It’s especially nice for smaller children who don’t really want to swallow a nasty flavor or take a pill. My 6 year old did not complain using this and stated it worked on his stuffy nose. I used it as well and the flavor is not bad.
10/10 would recommend and get again.

I love homeopathic remedies, but I don’t love when they are made with alcohol. This one Is 25% alcohol—the top inactive ingredient. It also contains sugar and natural flavor which could be anything (the company itself only claims that it has 100% natural active ingredients, which means there is no such claim for the inactive ingredients which feels a bit misleading. The active ingredients are good and plentiful though including zinc.
The black cherry flavor is mild, but you definitely taste the alcohol which is strong. It’s not the best tasting but it’s not awful and the flavor subsides relatively quickly.
I don’t have a cough or congestion right now so I can’t speak to the efficacy.
Serving size is 2-3 sprays and you can use it up to 6 times a day. Suitable for adults and children ages 12 and up.

I’m always looking for a good mucus reliever. This one is interesting because it’s a spray instead of a liquid. Now what really shocked me was how it came only half full. I know times are getting smaller in quantity but for this type of thing it looks really sus!
I do like that this has zinc and some other supposedly natural ingredients. I haven’t had a chance to search all of them to double check.
With this being a spray though, it makes it so much easier to use and me more willing to use it more often. It hasn’t been long enough to confirm results though.

Right now I’m not sick and mostly bought this in preparation for the fall/winter sick season. If I actually get sick and have a chance to use this (or my bf) I’ll update this review.
I did try a spray because I like to test things and make sure I wont have a weird reaction. I had no adverse side effects, was easy to use. The taste wasn’t bad – not a fan of alcohol based products because they always do taste a little weird. Love this has Zinc added. I use zinc lozenges when sick so having a spray is a lot more convenient. Love that it has natural ingredients – makes me feel better about using it.
Only complaint so far is the bottle is so tiny compared to the name brand. This isn’t going to last long spraying 2 – 3 times, 6 times daily as stated in directions.
