Hear me out, if you have a big head (just measured for reference, my watermelon a good 24”) this might actually cause you more headaches than any other benefits gained.
Yes it’s the smoothest and softest gel like thing. Haven’t tried it hot yet, it’s permanently in my freezer for whenever I need it, but still puts too much pressure throughout my entire skull. But man is it soft and stays colder for longer. This last statement is false for me personally as my body zaps anything cold like its surviving on it. But I can tell you it lasts a long time for normal people.
It would of been nice if there was some sort of tiny adjustment to alleviate potential pressure on the bottom. Like a small little velcro strap or something for us big headed ahh people.
That’s why I give it 5 stars. Besides my head size, it really is a good product. And it’s still soft when below whatever it is. 10/10. Highly recommend buying 2-3. They should actually sell it as a pack. Hopefully the seller sees this. It only makes sense. Youll most likely want to buy another one, just saying.

This feels so nice fresh out of the package you can feel the cooling effects. I spent a week holding a ziploc bag of ice and a sock filled with heated rice to my face during an ear infection and I wish I would’ve grabbed this sooner! I’m at the end and I can’t wait for some chill relief. The fact that this will work around the entire head is amazing. Can still get a good coverage while doing tasks or covering eyes for relaxation.

It’s pretty comfortable but it is a bit snug. Personally I don’t mind it, but after a while it does get a bit uncomfortable. This is also coming in handy after having dental surgery/wisdom teeth removed. It’s cool right on the side of my cheek where the pain is, works great for the pain relief. Super easy to use, just toss it in the freezer for a bit, then pop that baby on your noggin. Love that it has the notch for your nose as well. Bonus is that it doesn’t emit any strange chemical smells like some of the other ones do.

I reside in Florida, and the heat can be quite intense here. I initially purchased this for my migraines, but I’ve found that it’s also great as a cooling wrap around my neck. It gets incredibly cold and stays that way for what feels like hours! Not only does it help with my migraines, but it’s also fantastic for cooling me down when I’m outdoors. I’ve even used it on my shoulder, where I have a sensitive scar, and it’s been amazing. Most ice packs are too stiff or heavy for my shoulder, but this one is light, flexible, and molds perfectly to the shape of my shoulder without putting too much pressure on the scar. I absolutely LOVE this ice wrap! It was on my wish list for months, and I finally got it when it went on sale. It’s definitely worth it!

I like to wear it to bed, love the amount of compression I feel when I sleep with it and it soothes me. I haven’t had any cases of it falling down my face (what are you doing to make that happen???) or getting stuck on me. I use both of mine for a cold compress, I recommend you have another one dedicated for heat use. The cold packs work well on my nasty eye-based migraines and the compression helps me sleep since they stick around for some days to a week.
I have learned some tricks from my use of it these couple of months or so of using it.
1. Avoid leaving it in the freezer unless it’s for 10-20 min. Keep it/leave it in the fridge. Mine live in the fridge until I need them again. The freezer is too cold and it’s uncomfortable to wear unless you let it sit out for 10-20min. When I’m using mine I take it out of the fridge right before bed and toss it on my pillow for a few min before I join it.
2. When you use it for cold compress for extended periods or at bedtime you should use a slightly thicker eye cream. After a week or two I had scaly/flakey skin around my eye area just above the eyelids. I Dr. Googled it and saw it was cold dermatitis or cold urticaria. I started using a thicker, slightly balmier cream around my eyes and the flakey/dry skin healed after 2 days.
3. Clean it very gently every single use. I have used 91% rubbing alcohol and I have used soap (Dawn) and water to clean it. Make sure to rinse it a lot if you use soap and water because it keeps suds. Make sure not to pull on the fabric, it is very elastic and can stretch out too much.

I’m so glad i didn’t order a different style with velcro, it would absolutely be pulling at my hair worsening my headache. This thing is soft and stretchy, doesn’t take up too much space in my freezer and comes in a plastic zip top bag to store in. It holds cool temperature for a long time with the perfect amount of pressure. Truly a great value!
