The Quality
The bottle and item page say this is Pesticide Free and Non-GMO, but they do NOT say Tested.
The Doses
This says it’s 300mg of 10:1 Concentrate… At least I think that’s what it means, and that’s the problem. I’m not sure, but I am pretty sure that there are others with more capsules at stronger doses for less. Also, it’s not really “Super Strength” compared to others.
The Odor
The bottle smells very strong when you open it. You may burp if you don’t take these with food. When I do take them, I take them with my Vegan Protein Powder in Almond Milk. That does help.
What’s It Good For?
I’d say take this as needed to stop colds and such. Apparently, it’s not great to take anything with Reishi every single day for over a month, so all the more reason to just take as needed.

if you doubt that these have garlic and natural herbs in them, fret not. THIS SMELLS LIKE STRAIGHT GARLIC. The tablet capsule is of a decent size and they’re clear so you can actually see the herbs inside them. they’re not too hard to swallow if you’re used to taking a lot of vitamins. they taste like what’s in them if you hold them on your tongue for too long before swallowing them down. but they’re totally do-able. there is no way of checking if it’s actually working per-se but i’ve added it to my vitamin routine and haven’t had any negative reactions to them.

I was looking for a good garlic supplement and this fits the bill. It has a lot of allicin in it compared to other garlic supplements I have had, which is great (although it’s slightly shy of my previous brand).
The capsule size is pretty standard, not as large as some other capsules I’ve had. The lid on the bottle is not child proof, if that matters to you. They suggest 2 capsules a day which would last about 2 months but you could take 1 and extend that to 4 months, either way I think it’s a decent value for the allicin content (not the best I’ve seen but pretty good).
Be aware that the capsules have a strong garlic smell to them, but I have had no issues with aftertaste, burping, bad breath, or anything like that (which is a problem for me with other garlic and fish oil supplements so I am happy I don’t experience that with these).

This is a new product for me and I’m taking it for Cardiovascular and immune support. I will better how effective it is after I take it for a month. So far, I noticed that the smell of garlic form the capsule is a little more prominent that my previous brand but I don’t taste. No one has commented whether I had garlic breath so I guess all is good.

I got this product to support my cardiovascular health and overall immune health. Beyond the high concentration of garlic and the organosulfur compounds included in this product, what drew me in was the significant presence of reishi mushroom. While I’ve always known about the health benefits of garlic, my recent discovery of the remarkable advantages offered by various mushroom varieties, including reishi, piqued my interest. Scientific studies have demonstrated that reishi mushrooms have a positive impact on the immune system, possess anti-cancer properties, and can even help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Upon opening the bottle, the unmistakable aroma of garlic greets you, leaving no doubt about the product’s ingredients. Additionally, there’s a subtle but tolerable garlic taste when you consume the supplement. I’ve been taking it for a little over a week now and haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort or noticed any garlic odor emanating from my pores. It’s also worth noting that the product came with a generous 1.5-year shelf life.

Yes, this item smells like garlic when the bottle is initially opened, however there is no “sweating garlic” through your pores when working out or sweating in general. I’ve taken these supplements with no garlic “aftertaste or burps,” even as one who workout’s approximately 2 hours per day.
The health benefits outweigh any aftertaste, which for me was no aftertaste, sweating garlic scent out the pores, or gastrointestinal distress or other stomach issues from this supplement.
It’s a 5-star supplement in my books. I appreciate the initial “scent” or garlic when one opens the bottle. It’s a reminder that the supplement are of GREAT quality, and not a lot of fillers.
