Very worthwhile supplement. Step forward to get Vegan DHA and EPA with algae oil (as opposed to mostly ALA, as in flax oil). Something I try to keep in my diet in a daily basis. Fully satisfied with these softgels.

Since I started using thia Phosphatidylserine supplement I have nog noticed any improvement in my memory or cognitive function.
After a month of consistent use, I did not feel any more focused and less mentally fatigued.
Pro:
It was easy to incorporate into my daily routine.

My primary interest in DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) was as a source of so-called healthy fats, and although I can’t address the science, DHA apparently does have other benefits, including reducing inflammation. This product also contains Phosphatidylserine, which is believed to reduce stress, fatigue, and general brain fog. Added bonuses include walnut oil, which is an anti-oxidant, and Vitamin C.
I like that these are soft gels, which I prefer over capsules. I also like that there are no other ingredients besides glycerin, which is a moisturizer.
Taking two per day this will last a month and a half, which I believe makes it a good deal: Recommended.

I got these pills for my mom since she needed just a little help with her memory. Her memory wasnt bad but she did notice that her memory did improve some after taking these.

We all can use DHA to improve our memory, vision, and brain function. The bottle contains 90 capsules that is 45 days of supplement for less than $10. They are easy to swallow and the price seems very reasonable. I will be adding DHA as my daily supplement.

Big fan of phosphatidyl serine for over 10 years, for it’s supposed testosterone level support. A doctor, a DC, told me about PS and testosterone level support over 10 years ago and I’ve been taking the 100 mg’s a day ever since he told me. Plus I take krill oil everyday, which has the major components, EPA and DHA. In other words, I’ve been taking a form of this exact formula, pretty much, for a long time…. and I always feel great…. of course it could be from any of the other 20 or 30 supplements I take, so who knows. Seriously though, what the DC told me over 10 years ago, was the only place I have ever heard that… I’ve never seen any study information or even heard anyone else ever make such a claim… either way, PS is so beneficial to the brain, and supporting healthy cortisol levels, which is the stress hormone as I understand it… PS has a lot of studies under it’s belt, all very impressive… same goes for DHA, one of the two most active substances in fish oil, or krill oil, along with EPA. So combining these two great ingredients, PS and DHA, is a great idea…. I guess that’a why I’ve been taking it for over 10 years… it’s good to have this new formula that rolls these nutrients together, and with the addition of walnut oil, there could be further benefits. This is a high quality nutritional supplement formula that combines two of the most studied and most beneficial nutrients on the market today, from what I understand… and it’s made in the USA, which is a must for me when it comes to supplements. Great product.
