I bought the powder because I don’t do well with swallowing pills. Unfortunately this does not blend well. I shook in a shaker bottle for 5 minutes and used a hand blender and it’s still chunky. I’m drinking it but it’s not very enjoyable.

I was so scared to purchase this because of the reviews I was reading. I realized that when it comes to women’s monthly friend, everyone is different, with or without supplements, medicine, holistic methods, etc. We all react differently when it comes to how products make us each feel.
So I gave this a shot, and the flavor is really good, I think. Tastes like a flintstone vitamin a little bit, less chalky because well, it’s mixed in water. I haven’t noticed a huge change yet, I’m only on day 6 of drinking it. However, I will say that it has given me a bit of energy throughout the day, which helps when you work at a desk all day.

I’ve been a LONG time Alani Nu fan, faithfully take multivitamins, balance pills, preworkout and fat burners (others that aren’t even offered anymore I.e. nootropics , turmeric, stress, lemonade sleep powder etc.) I decided to try Balance Powder (HSI flavor) because I LOVE the flavor of Hawaiian Shaved Ice preworkout and didn’t want to pay shipping, WORST MISTAKE EVER! This taste nothing like the pre-workout it even has a different (red/rust) color to it when added to water. It is absolutely seriously nauseating. Even had my fiancé taste and the look in his face confirmed it wasn’t just me…it taste horrible! What’s worse, is I’ve tried it twice and got nauseating stomach ache both times and now I’m stuck with it because they don’t allow refunds…which is mind boggling because you can return items when you order through Alani Nu website. These products aren’t cheap in comparison to others, so to be left w/o the ability to return a terrible product bought in reliance on a totally misleading description is VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I cannot get over the great flavor of this powder! I usually do not like the flavor of things like this and have to mix it with something else, but this one taste great! I am looking forward to seeing results as I continue to use this product.
