Silky soft. Padded on one side more than the other. One star removed because it falls off very easily and the patch and elastic cord seem designed more for the right eye than the left eye. I needed it for my left eye, post eye surgery. I was not using it for a costume or Speak Like A Pirate Day. I tried several patches and they all appear to be right eyed. Why is that??? Am I the first person to have ever needed a well fitting patch for a left eye for medical reasons? It does not seem statistically possible.

The patch is a bit large but functional. The overall unit is comfortable and seals out light very well. It can be worn with glasses but takes a bit of getting used to. The band adjustment is very easy to use simply by slipping the clip in one direction or the other. Stays put very well.

Terrible patch. Soft – yes. But that softness means some of the pressure is on your eye (if you have one.. which you probably do). So you can’t wear it. Plus the band is so thin it hurts the skull. Terrible product. Waste of money.

Soft and comfortable and works what I plan to do with it. (I am getting older and I am fighting a losing battle to reading glasses but I force my eyes to work from time to time. I noticed one day that my right eye was doing all the work. I plan on using this for 5 or 10 minutes each eye and make them suffer equally. This probably will have no effect but when it comes to getting old, I am not giving up easily.)
