I was not expecting much since I tried another version, from Siberia, and didn’t experience anything but a head rush. But THIS… I had plenty of energy the first day taking this. I skipped a night and felt the difference the following morning. This has a mild molasses flavor and consistency whereas the other I was taking had a burned charcoal taste and smell and VERY thick. I am glad I don’t have to search, wasting money again.
Update 4/20/24:
I decreased the rating on this to 3 stars more conservatively than I truly wish to for the underhanded description tactics used to sell this product. The advertisement/description say it is only 800 mg of Shilajit, but that is not what was received when I ordered again. Instead I received a smaller box 800 mg on the front of the box while the FACTS state 500 mg of shilajit and 100 mg of other herbs and extracts totaling 600 mg, 600 mg serving size and 50 servings per container. Ummm…where did this sort of math come from? To make matters worse, I purchased this not only for my self, but for a friend as well. I have no idea if the herbs stated on the box will cause an allergic reaction of some sort and at this point there is no telling if the ingredients are accurate. While the first one I purchased does work, I can’t trust this company to disclose any accurate information on their product as I know shilajit is not supposed to have a mild molasses taste. I also opened the new one to see what was inside… the jar is maybe halfway full,, the smell is different from the first jar and the viscosity and color is that of syrup. Since this is non-returnable, I asked for a refund. DESCRIPTION IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

So today was my first time using this product. So I will come back later to update. I feel different definitely. A little jittery, but not to bad. I feel exhilarated, which I’m quite surprised about. Like I said I will be back to update. I put in my coffee and got busy and forgot to eat. So might be why I’m feeling this way. Way to much energy. lol! If that’s possible. But got a lot done today! I’m a 68 years old so any boost is a good boost.
Update: I’ve been using for about 3+ weeks, loss track, I had to actually go to a little less. It’s hard to measure with that stick they gave. However, it’s all good. I may have been using to much, because it gave me the jitters. So since I’ve backed off a little, feeling great. It really work. Just have to figure out how much works for you. For me a little goes a long way. I’m happy. More focused. I do books for my church and was struggling. This month my mental focus was much improved. Yea! Love it!

So I’m not really sure if it’s still working. I bought 2 jars. I still take in my coffee every morning. One thing that made me buy this particular brand is the size of the jar. Buyer beware, I should’ve complained, but the jars are close to half full. They are not full. And I’ve had trouble using that wooden stick that came with.

I was a little reluctant to try this product at first but after doing a little research on it I decided to try it.
I am SO GLAD I did. I have been using it for 30 days now and it has helped me sleep better, my joints do not ache and hurt hardly at all anymore, it also has curbed my appetite to where I am not eating as much as I use to, lost 3 pounds not even trying to do so and not changing my diet at all.
