I decided to try Airboy NAD Supplement because I am a senior woman who has been just running out of gas in the afternoons. I have tried cutting out alcohol and sugar. I tried adding more fruits and veggies to my meals. I was still terribly tired every afternoon. I tried drinking more water. I started taking Airboy NAD Supplement three days ago. I am feeling so much better. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. My mental focus has improved and am finding that I am coping with holiday stressors with greater ease. This supplement seems to really help with my afternoon fatigue. It has also reduced my craving for sugar. I have been taking one capsule in the morning and one in the early evening. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Everyone is different and you may not have the same results. But it is definitely worth trying if you have problems with chronic tiredness.

Upon seeing this product on Amazon, the first thing I did was to call my father-in-law, who is a world renowned vascular surgeon. I read him everything that was in the supplements, and the only thing that he said to me was to take one capsule instead of two. The reason being is that the maximum dose one should take of NAD+ is 800mg. I asked him what it was and he told me it is a coenzyme within the body that helps cells make energy. He explained that it has been around for a long time and is over a $55 billion industry because people are always trying to find the fountain of youth. He then went on to explain that it supposedly help DNA to repair itself. I have been taking one for over a week now and honestly, I have not noticed a change in my energy or focus. But, I’m always called the energizer bunny because I keep going and going. I personally believe in products that do promote energy, skin health, are easy to swallow and the price point being comparable with other products which offer the same benefit. This particular supplement has an excellent price point because it comes with two bottles and because my husband and I are only taking one capsule a day, it will last for a very long time. Please speak with your own doctor before taking anything because as we all know, vitamins, and supplements are not FDA approved. If he or she does say that NAD+ product would be great for you to take, then I would definitely recommend this one. Lastly, I would like to speak about how this product does contain trans-resveratrol which is quite a benefit to your health. It is found in the skin of grapes, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries, peanuts, and red wine.

So far I have not had any results, good or bad from taking this Airboy Liposomal Nicotinamide Riboside. The capsules are easy for me to swallow and do not smell or taste nasty.
I have been hearing good things about NAD. I know it takes time for the body to start seeing results from supplements, so I will keep taking them faithfully. I really need a boost in my energy levels and hopefully feel better!
