These are okay. The bottle has 100 capsules, giving you at least 3 months worth of soft gels with the suggested dosage of 2 a day. The ratio and total amount of both viramin E (400 mg) and lycopene (100 mg) is good here, and great to see due to how highly complimentary they are to each other. The suggested safe daily dosage of lycopene is 75 mg, so some mindfulness may be needed due to too much of it could possibly cause low blood pressure. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that the skin and heart loves, and taking these supplements honestly beats eating a ton of tomatoes everyday! Haven’t had any issues so far, and the softgels are small and circular, making them very easy to swallow.

I should have paid attention to the other reviews! It only contains 100mg of Lycopene; had I realized that I would not have purchased- I was specifically looking for 500mg of Lycopene as a natural way to lower my PSA. The capsules are 500mg – 400mg Vit E + 100mg Lycopene. There are options available on Prime with 75-100mg of Lycopene.

Advertised as 500 mg lycopene but under ingredients is listed “100 mg lycopene extract”. Either very confusing or very dishonest. A prior review pointed this out, but I didn’t read it before ordering.
