I have not tried this brand before, but I am assuming and hoping that a supplement at this price will offer some relief for my aching joints. I’m not crazy that the dose is 3 capsules, I prefer a one a day supplement but you do what you have to do when you hurt. I have been using glucosamine and chondroitin in other products but this product is supposed to have quicker absorption. Time will tell but I am hoping at this price, that this supplement out performs what I am currently taking. This DOES contain shrimp and crab, so note that if you have a shellfish allergy or need to avoid it.

These capsules are packaged in a blue glass bottle that’s full most of the way to the top. The capsules are large, measuring 24 mm (.96 inches) long. I find them easy enough to swallow. They’re full of white powder, and also dusted with what I assume is the same white powder, maybe because one of the capsules leaked a little.
The suggested serving of three capsules daily provides doses of glucosamine and chondroitin that have been shown to be effective at relieving joint pain in controlled studies. That’s better than many other brands that have lower amounts of these ingredients.
They also have 40 mg of Mobilee, a patented ingredient extracted from rooster comb that’s apparently half hyaluronic acid, so three of these capsules provide 20 mg of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is usually taken in larger doses than this, around 60-200 mg/day, both to relieve joint pain and improve skin moisture and elasticity. This low dose shouldn’t hurt and might do some good.
I just started taking these and haven’t noticed any change yet in my joints, skin, or rooster comb. I’m just an Amazon reviewer, not a controlled study.

I have arthritis pain and wanted to try something that would help with the daily pain.
Lubrication in the joints definitely helps. I have only been taking these for a few days now and have noticed that I don’t have that ache in my thumb joint like I did before. It’s been such a relief!
Because I have arthritis all over my body, I am hoping that with continued use that these tablets will continue working on that pain also.
Time will only tell with that.

This is pretty good if all you want is glucosamine and chondroitin in your supplement without the addition of turmeric or other ingredients that you may choose to avoid. It does contain hyaluronic acid (mobilee) which I’m happy about. Besides oiling up those old creaky joints, it helps to brighten the skin. Won’t complain about that.
From what I can tell, it’s clean and natural and safe to use. It also comes in a pretty blue glass bottle, and you know how some of us are suckers for blue glass. Not that that has anything whatsoever to do with joint health.
It will take several uses, but I find that it does help a little with my aches and pains. This stuff needs to build up in the system first before you feel any relief.
The only thing that I do not like is the high price which makes this helpful supplement way too inaccessible to too many people whole could really benefit from such a product.

I have taken glucosamine sulfate since I was in graduate school. I can’t help but wonder if this is part of the reason that 20 years later, even after years of vigorous exercise (I currently burn 1000+ calories on the StairMaster almost daily), my joints are perfect. The sulfate form of glucosamine has shown to be very helpful in maintaining joint health, and even repairing joints.
Chondroitin and hyaluronic acid, two other ingredients in this formula, also have been shown to have some impact on joint and skin health.
So, this is a good formula. My main issue is the price is kind of high for what you get.

This combination seems to be very good, however = the capsules are quite large = nearly 1″ long.
May be a challenge for some to swallow.
