I can’t speak to the effectiveness of these pills due to differences in individual anatomy. However, the pills themselves are not coated and a bit on the large size when compared to other similar supplements. That being the case if you have difficulty taking pills these may not be the best choice for you. If that is not a problem these appear to be a good quality supplement that would be absorbed easily. There is no smell or flavor to this supplement.

These Ageless Ultra Flex Glucosamine and Chondroitin with MSM capsules are very good, I actively coach and play soccer almost every day and at my age I need some extra help with joint pain and muscle recovery, so Collagen, Glucosamine and Chondroitin are recommended and helps a lot with that and I really like them. There are some very good positives to be mentioned about these capsules pills, and almost no negatives at all, but before that a few quick words about the packing and presentation. The pill box comes packed in a separate one that prevents any damages during transportation, excellent to see and it has all of the ingredients listed on the back of the label.
Positives:
– They work, I think – It seems that my knees and ankles have been experiencing less pain since I started taking them, just make sure to be consistent and follow the proper dosage. But this is the mystery too, are they really working or I am convincing myself that they do, hopefully in the long term, they do.
– Good bottle with a detailed descriptive label that shows all the ingredients and directions.
– 1500mg 120 capsules inside.
– Gluten, sugar, soy, nuts and dairy free, good for pretty much anyone that has issues with those ingredients.
– No serious aftertaste.
– Made in the USA – Good to see that the production of those capsules are local.
Negatives:
– A little on the expensive side – with a price tag just under $50, I think these are priced slightly above the competition.
– Only 60 days supply per bottle – I was hoping for at least 100 days’ quantity, but that is wishful thinking.
Overall, a good quality product by Ageless.

It is always difficult to review supplements because many times we can only hope they are helping. But with mobility supplements, there is a sure fire way to KNOW they are helping. I stopped taking my Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM supplement because I simply ran out. Before long, I was aching … badly. Getting back on Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM always makes a world of difference. This is a two-a-day formulation which I greatly prefer over the four-a-day I was taking before! This bottle provides a two month supply. It is MADE IN THE USA, but does contain globally-sourced ingredients! I am satisfied with this product!

I am happy to see a product made in the USA, even if the ingredients are from elsewhere. Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplements are well proven for their help with the joints. For this particular brand, the concentration of Glucosamine & Chondroitin is a but low, so you need to see if it works for you. This supplement is always hard because they usually have 2-4 large pills to get enough. I try to find the liquid kind if I can.

These three ingredients are what I want in a supplement for bone, joint and cartilage health. To my knowledge Glucosamine is the only supplement recognized for purchase by health savings accounts, therefore it has been proven to work consistently enough by science. Unfortunately, that will affect the prices now, as many are jumping in with their own “ formulas “. The science is based on 1500mg of Glucosamine, 800-1200 mg of Chondroitin and 1500mg of MSM. This would cause you to take a lot of pills every day, so we are offered smaller doses. This product has enough Glucosamine in two servings, but is way low on the Chondroitin and MSM. And in that regard it’s way overpriced. So while this is a clean and well made product , you can do much better by shopping around and keeping the doses needed in mind. A few of the well known supplement manufacturers make good products, so do your research. Sorry, the product is just short on ingredients.
