It’s working as far as concentrating, focus but sleep cycle has been hugely affected, it could be different from person to person, I would recommend take this pills in the morning would avoid disturbing sleep issues, as I went through some of the reviews, some people might get drowsy.

I don’t know what everyone is saying in the reviews that this doesn’t work maybe it’s because they have a really messed up diet and I don’t know what kind of result they were looking for, but this stuff really does work less than five minutes of taking it, I immediately felt the difference within me. I was able to tap in to parts of me that was hurting deep down inside that I was suppressing so I was able to see and understand the past and understand what went on, the parts of me that I was pushing didn’t have to deal with immediately to the service so that is my experiences so I don’t know what everybody else is talking about

I don’t think there’s a cure anywhere for the problems that evolve from aging mentally but I can measure improvement…more alert, good concentration, and some improvement with short term memory though that symptom is still not completely gone. I am happy about the improved mood it seems to give me. It does what it claims and I will buy it again.

Purchased this because have been having difficulty with memory especially recalling information or retaining it. I haven’t used it consistently for more than maybe 2-3 days. The pills are pretty big but not too hard to swallow. First day I took them I didn’t feel anything, the second day I felt a big difference I had clarity, no brain fog, was able recall information at my job (which I struggled with before) some days I feel the difference and others I don’t. Not really sure why or if it has to do with taking them as directed. Have to continue to take to really see if it makes an overall difference, but from what I can see so far they do help!

It works. But the taste is not good. I had to eat little something with it or it upsets my stomach. It helps me focus. I do recommend to people. It’s definitely worth the money. It’s affordable too. Other stuff I tried was 50 or more.
