Regular Vitamin D use is a must for me, even on days I get to be outdoors. The other components to this supplement are just a bonus for me. The capsules are not too big and are easy to swallow without leaving behind any bad taste. I have been using these as part of my typical regimen and have been satisfied with the results so far.

Vine review. This Vitacrllynmn brand A-D-K supplement not only supplies vitamins A, D3 and K, it also includes Tocotrienols, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Ubiquinol. While these extras are fine in supplements, they really should be printed in much bigger letters on the label. Specifically, the Alpha Lipoic Acid. I’ve had troubles taking Alpha Lipoic Acid in the past and because I didn’t notice that it is in this product, I ordered it.
I have taken this supplement and so far no problems, but ALA is one of those supplements that needs to build up. Once it does, I’ll likely begin having side effects from it. I would rather have had this one be strictly A, D and K without the extras. I’ll take a few more of the capsules and see if I do have side effects. If I do, I’ll update this review.
Overall, I’m giving this one 4 stars because of the A, D and K, but I’ve removed one star also because of the unnecessary extras, particularly the Alpha Lipoic Acid.

I had been looking for a good vitamin D3 supplement and was happy to run across this. It promotes both bone health and immunity. I’ve taken it for a few weeks and haven’t noticed any particular changes, but I’m not sure I would in such a short amount of time. I do like that they are a normal size and easy to take. I haven’t noticed any unpleasant side effects such as stomach upset which is usually the reason I stop taking a supplement. This supplement also has a pretty robust blend of vitamins which I prefer as opposed to taking multiple capsules or pills to get the same vitamins.

Definitely get these. These vitamins are crucial to body and brain function. Seems to work and absorb well. Very good value. Easy vitamins to swallow as well. Well Worth the money

This ADK vitamin supplement capsules are pretty small in size and not difficult to swallow. No bitter taste. I’ve been taking 1 capsule a day basing on my own body’s vitamin D needs following my doctor’s recommendation after my blood work. The directions on the bottle isn’t for everybody. The ingredients on the list seem beneficial. Health products like this can’t really tell big results in such short period of time. So far don’t feel any noticeable changes since taking these besides a bit more energy.
