I have been putting these on for about a week now. It’s a slow release so you should keep them on till around 5pm. Longer but it’s up to you.
Gives extra energy, NO jitters, don’t need a long nap in the afternoon but I still try.
YOU NEED TO WIPE THE AREA FIRST WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL BEFORE PUTTING ON THIS PATCH. IT WILL NOT STICK IF YOU DON’T. IT WILL FALL OFF QUICKLY.
It even lasts after a shower…the glue is NOT the best but if your skin is clean and use alcohol to clean the area, it will stick all day. JUST DON’T PUT IT IN AN AREA THAT YOUR SKIN WILL CREASE OR RUB, it will come off. Read the directions and put it on an area such as your shoulder, forearm and switch sides each day.
If anything changes or gets better, I will add to this review.

I was getting a slight headache in the morning so I “cut the pad” in half and have been ONLY wearing half of this pad as I would the entire pad. NO headaches in the morning, so far and I will keep you posted over the next week or so for any changes on this but it’s still works for me and adds that little edge of energy during the day. I am not sure why I was getting headaches, this is ONLY supposed to be natural supplements on a patch.
