I’m a woman and I’ve been taking this because I’ve been feeling a lot of brain fog and fatigue, and surprisingly enough it not only helped with that, but it also alleviated the depression that caused those symptoms in the first place. I’m sensitive to caffeine and try not to take it because it gives me the jitters and I crash easily, and this was able to give me the boost that I needed. I convinced my boyfriend to try some too, before going to the gym, and he said it made him very clear-headed and focused during his workout! Also I’m glad these are in capsules because the scent is STRONG and bitter-smelling, but it didn’t give me a stomach ache at all. I highly recommend this!! Wow. Wow. Whoa. I am impressed. I can’t believe how quickly and well this black ginger worked. I had sustained natural energy. Pure natural energy. not the type of energy received from caffeine or B vitamins.
The recommended dose on the bottle was plenty for me. I decreased it by half after the first week and I’m perfectly balanced with energy.
Taking before workout was great, too. Sustained natural energy to push but not to extreme levels.

This stuff is incredible. High quality. I love the smell, vaguely of ginger but with earthy and floral notes. It helps me get really intense workouts, I feel like I can push myself harder. It also helps “down there” if you know what I mean.
I love herbal medicine and black ginger is a fantastic addition to my stack. There’s some really interesting studies they’ve done on it, and hey, if it helps muay thai fighters then it can help a regular bloke too, right?

I actually heard of black ginger from friend of mine and always wanted to try it.
It’s almost unreal how much energy I felt after taking this black ginger. I’m a little over 2 weeks in now and I can definitely see the improvement in physical endurance. Last night I worked out very hard on my legs and I was very tired but for some reason after 5hrs of sleep ( I usually need 8hrs) I woke up uncommonly early and I was fully energized and couldn’t go back to sleep so I went to surfing for 3hrs!! I’ve never surfed for 3 hrs before. I highly recommend this black ginger to any of my friends especially those men who are feeling a bit tired. This would be a great alternative for any pills that contain unnecessary amount of chemical and caffeine! I’m Impressed!!

Now for the real review.
I’m floored! Amazing results and I’ve been taking this for only two weeks. I had been using another small company for years and saw this product, which the other does not offer. I’m so convinced at its power to energize, I’m going to further purchase what I normally do but through this company. They share the knowledge and experience to gather this product and it’s unending health benefits.
