I have had issues with swelling in my feet and ankles for some time now. I do a lot of sitting due to chronic back pain making it hard to stand or walk much, so swelling is to be expected. But not appreciated. I wanted to give these a shot because I’m not a prescription drug user, if I can find an OTC or supplement to do the job. These did not do the job. I have 3 pills left for tomorrow and I have to admit, they have done nothing to reduce swelling. My hopes were high, but the results were not. No, they are not worth the price, they aren’t worth anything, in my experience.

Pills don’t seem to do anything. Swelling still exists.

For supplements…
I would say this is something you use occasionally, not daily…
I sometimes get the ate too much dalt, standin all day at work
Type and it works for that…
Id say if it doesnt work for you, there may be a more serious
Issue causing it…
Made in 🇺🇸 gmp etc…

I get swelling of the ankles and top of my feet frequently. Expecially if I’m on my feet standing or sitting with my legs down. I’ve decided to try these tabs for when I was swollen. They really work and they worked within a few hours of taken them. I noticed a big difference after. I would highly recommend to have the on hand in your medicib cabinet.

I have suffered with edema in my hands and feet since childhood. So, I try many different formulations over the years. The natural ingredients seem to do the best for me with the least amount of side effects.
Because I never know how my body will react to a new vitamin, medication, or food, I’ve been taking one at a time. Seems to be working. Not as strong results as some the doctor has prescribed, but I’m not fighting headaches and aching joints either. For me, the trade off is well worth it.

Before going to the dr, my ankles and feet would be so swollen. Recent jobs I have always been on my feet but switching to a desk job and making calls has swollen my feet and ankles.

I don’t need to take these daily, but at least once a week I seem to experience extreme swelling or water retention. The Juniper, Dandelion and Uva Ursi in Acusil are diuretics I’ve used before with trusted results. The Acusil formula is reliable and works quickly to reduce bloat and lower extremity swelling. You can take the 3 capsules daily as a preventative or just when needed. I only take two capsules most of the time because that’s enough for me to start feeling comfortable. The Nourish Whole brand is based in Arizona and follows good manufacturing practices. I have been very happy with this supplement and not experienced any stomach or GI discomfort. It’s a well tolerated diuretic formula that can be used daily or as needed.

Well, like a lot of supplements, I’m on the proverbial fence with this one. I DO seem to be getting rid of some of the excess water, and the swelling in my ankles does seem to be a bit less. However, if I STOP taking these capsules for a day, the swelling comes back. It may be that this product takes more than a couple of weeks to work– most supplements do.
I can say that the capsules were easy to swallow, and I had zero bad effects from taking them. IMO the cost is a bit more than I’d prefer to pay, but if they start working and KEEP the excess water and swelling down it, would be worth it. My experience/opinion only, other persons may differ.
