When I first got this, I followed the directions and took it with water first thing in the morning. It didn’t taste good, but it was drinkable.
I saw some results the first week, but then it tapered off, and I wasn’t sure I wanted to shell out another $50 for a second month. BUT I decided to tweak my routine and give it another chance. The thing is, I had been doing intermittent fasting, so I wasn’t eating a meal until around 2pm, but I was drinking the Activated You first thing in the morning like the directions said to do.
Instead, I tried waiting and drinking it just before my first meal of the day, around 2pm. And it WORKED!
I also changed it up and now I blend it into a smoothie. I do keto, so my smoothie is 1/2 small carton of keto yogurt, a small amount of almond milk, and 4 frozen strawberries + 1 scoop of Activated You. The smoothie is DELICIOUS and makes taking this supplement a joy!
Now I’m very regular– like every day regular– and it’s wonderful. No more painful bloating or weeks of constipation. I still get some gas every now and then, but it moves through my body rather than just getting stuck. My stomach is flatter and softer- no more hardness or bloating.
Honestly, I wouldn’t pay this much for something unless I was desperate for relief and it actually worked– it took some experimenting with how and when I take it, but this DOES actually work and I’m happy to shell out the cash to make it part of my diet because it helps me feel SO much better.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but those one I’m inclined to, if you want to feel week, sluggish, fatigue, achy all over especially your back and Vista the bathroom every 10 minutes or so this is the product from you. I usually give a product at least 30 days to determine if it’s working, but this one I took for 7 days and had to stop, the tipping point was waking us to find liquid feces in my bed like a baby with a horrible blow out diaper that goes up their back with no warning it was coming as their pleasantly fast asleep. If you want to be more uncomfortable than you have been in your whole life, then buy this product. I understand a probiotic is supposed to help with gut health to make you more regular, but this is at a horrible cost. I am 45 running around with an 8 & 6 year old and this has me dead in my tracks. Do not buy this unless u have time to spend in the bathroom, a lot of time. The only positive is the berry flavor, it looks gross after being mixed, but tasted ok. Also, this product doesn’t devolve well or fast, it get clumpy and you have to press a spoon against the side of the glass to break up the chunks. I have tried other similar products and they easily mixed with water, plus didn’t require refrigeration after opening and with a container that is half empty that is valuable space taken up in your fridge unnecessary. I really don’t recommend this product unless you want that scene from Van Wilder going in a trash can or Dumb and Dumber to find the toilet doesn’t flush. Plus don’t be fooled by the actress promoting this product, you will regret it.

I’m going to use this product for 3-4 months continuously and update as I go.
Month One:
I have not noticed a difference in weight loss, energy, or measurement around my waist. My body does seem to be running much hotter than normal. The first few days I took this product it made me dizzy and nauseous the entire day for 3-4 days. Unfortunately I have also had really bad diarrhea every single day for 3 weeks now and I am not sure if this will subside.

The taste is not that great and has an awful taste. I use something to chase it after I guzzle it. It does work on gut health.

I bought this a few years ago hoping it would help me lose some weight. I used it inconsistently and it sat in my fridge for forever. About 2 months ago, I ordered a new batch and have been using it daily since then. I put a scoop into a protein shake in the morning. So far, I have lost 15 lbs with almost no other lifestyle changes. I am also noticing increased energy and focus. I’m someone who has never been entirely regular, and I do notice that this helps with that. It also helps with my metabolism. When I was younger, I could eat anything and not gain weight. That isn’t true today, but I am noticing a big difference since I started it in being able to eat things that I shouldn’t and not have to suffer the consequences the next day. If I have a big weekend and eat a ton of junk and gain a pound or two, it comes right back off in a day or two since I have been using this. I don’t like the taste, but I think it is what is making the difference for me.

Fantastic blend. The apple cinnamon flavour is deliciously tasty if mixed with a bit of coconut water. Just stir the scoop in or shake it in a travel coffee cup by hand. That easy. No blenders or fancy things needed. The coconut water enhances the apple cinnamon flavour, tastes more like a juice. So addictive. I must admit, if used with plain water is a bit blah for me. First morning I had it, it made those abdominal sounds in the first 1-2 hours. I guess it’s like most things you try first time until the body gets used to it. However, from day 2 onwards it was fine. It works wonders in the morning shortly after taken, soothes the stomach, no bloating, makes me feel so light. Truly recommend it!

I bought this product hoping it would help my metabolism. I ordered the mixed berry flavor and unfortunately, it taste very artificial, like Kool-Aid (I’ve never been a fan). I didn’t order lemonade flavor because I’m not a fan of lemonade. I’m very disappointed because I really wanted this to work, but I couldn’t even tolerate to drink it. I mix it in my smoothies, I mixed it with some juice, and I mixed it In my iced tea, I tried it alone and just water and I couldn’t take more than a few gulps. I wish they would really make this without a flavor.
