Grateful for supplements like this one. I love that the ingredients are carefully selected and wholesome. Meant to help us in our journey to healthy living. As a daily supplement I feel taken care of because of supplements like this. Each serving is a powerful dose of goodness, and I enjoy it daily.

On the positive side, the Actif CoQ10 is US made, apparently by a contract manufacturer, but makes no mention of third party lab testing for content or impurities. The unnecessary inclusion of 50mg of hawthorn berry and 250mg of Shilajit fulvic acid is not explained, perhaps this is the ‘advanced mitochondrial support’ ? I don’t see this as an advantage, and I don’t think I will be switching to this brand.

This is a fair price for a 2 month supply, and it contains one of my new favorites: shilajit.
I don’t see where it has black pepper to aid absorption but I do see where it uses “liposomal technology to enhance absorption”, but it’s not explained just what they mean by that or how it happens.

ACTIF Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support, Non-GMO, Made in USA, 200mg, 120 Count
Bottle was double sealed with cello wrap on outside and a foam seal on the underside of the cap. Correct count of 120 soft gels. Label shows 200mg Ubiquinol, 250mg Shilajit, and 05mg Hawthorn. The suggested use is 2 soft gels a day. Daily value has not been determined. The price point is $35.95 for 120 soft gels. I searched the entire bottle with a magnifier, looking for an expiration date. There was no expiration date to be found. There was a small ink smear on the bottom of the bottle that could be where it was attempted to stamp a date. This could be an excellent product but I’m lowering stars because of no date.
I encourage anyone to do your own research before taking any supplement and check with your doctor or pharmacist to make sure you won’t have any negative prescription interactions. If researching the internet, check the sites with .org, .edu, or .gov. Any site with a .com is going to try and sell you something.

This formula packs a punch with 200mg of ubiquinol per serving. From what I’ve read and experienced, ubiquinol absorbs significantly better than the more common ubiquinone form of CoQ10. It’s supposed to be 20 times more absorbable, and ACTIF’s version uses liposomal technology to boost this even further, claiming three times greater bioavailability.
It’s made in the USA and is produced in an FDA-approved facility. The non-GMO and gluten-free claims are a big plus, and there are no preservatives, fillers, wheat, sugar, or yeast.
The idea is that it supports cellular energy production, particularly in the heart, brain, and muscle tissues, and is ringing true for me. It contains medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil seems to aid in better absorption, and the rapid release softgels are easy to swallow.
Besides ubiquinol, this supplement also contains Shilajit fulvic acid complex and hawthorn berry, which are believed to support mitochondrial function and cardiovascular health. Though I can’t personally attest to all the clinical claims, I do feel a general sense of well-being and improved stamina.
Overall, I’d say this supplement is a solid choice if you’re looking for an effective CoQ10 product that also provides additional support for energy and heart health. It’s a bit pricey, but considering the quality and potential benefits, it seems worth it. Also, consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable.

The vendor advises to take these in the morning to get the best benefits. Each bottle contains 120 softgels, which makes each bottle a 2-month supply to test this supplement and see how it works for you. These softgels are made in the USA, are non-GMO, and Gluten-Free.
