It’s hard to review something like this because anything that claims to cure or heal is flagged… which I get. I do. I really do.
So, here’s what I can tell you about MY experience.
It did not give me heartburn after taking. It did not trigger acid reflux at night if I took it at night.
It did not give me any allergic reaction.
It did not make me projectile vomit.
It did not cause my skin to discolor or my hair to fall out.
It did not make me die.
I have observed after a month of use that my hair is a bit healthier feeling and the curl is springy.
I have observed my skin has more elasticity.
I have noticed that my knee and ankle joints are less noisy and more agreeable to going up and down stairs.
I make no claims that this product is causing any of the above.
But I have observed those things.

Supplements are always difficult to review bc it’s so hard to know just how well they’re working as opposed to other natural processes occurring in the body. But the research on hyaluronic acid for joint issues is pretty solid, and I do feel that my joint issues – especially in my knee – have improved over time. I’ve used various other HA supplement through the years (liquid – yuck! – and other tablet forms which were often too big and difficult to take, or had a strange taste). But these tabs are a reasonable size with no aftertaste, so are quite easy to take along with the rest of my supplements each day. They’re also very affordable considering that the bottle contains a 4-month supply. I will definitely purchase these again.

Seemed like things were going well but after continued use this seems to have been causing me dizziness. It’s a known side effect apparently. It’s not safe for me to take this unfortunately.

I had not heard of ML Naturals before, but they say they’re made in the US and 3rd party tested; though I do not see any acutal lab tests, I decided to give them a try. The price is quite reasonable for a 4 month supply (currently about $13 for 120 capsules). I have taken hyaluronic acid in liquid form before, but never in capsule form. I have taken these for a couple of weeks now, and have noticed nothing different, either positive or negative. HA is not really the sort of thing you might notice any benefits in just two weeks with, however. So I think it will take quite a bit more time to decide if the benefits are there. No negative effects though, I’m happy to report.

I have never taken hyaluronic acid in capsule form so I was curious to try this. These capsules are easy to swallow and there has been no issues so far. These are made in the USA and the expiration was 3/2027. Note that this does contain Maltodextrin which is another form of sugar and filler.

Admittedly, I’m not a girl who is faithful about applying lotions and oils. But, I know it’s really important for my skin to be hydrated and from what I’ve read hydrating from the inside out does more good than from the outside in although you absolutely should be doing both. Note to self. I find that since I’ve started taking hyaluronic acid supplements I no longer get dry flaky skin on my face at all. Mind you, I take amazing care of my skin on my face and neck with amazing skin care products mostly from Korea. But, I think the biggest difference was when I started to moisturize from the inside and that’s when I noticed I no longer had any flakes at all. Also I’ve noticed that my skin in general is just less dry and less prone to be ashy when I take this. I take two of these because I prefer a larger dose since the other hyaluronic acid supplements I’ve taken were twice this dose. But because the pills are so small, it’s easy to do. I think these are good quality for a good price.

I like how these capsules are very small. I have other hyaluronic acid capsules that are 100 mg also but much bigger, which is odd to me how these can be half the size, but I hope they really did manage to get 100 mg in small capsules and hope it’s legit. It is undesirable to me that silica is an ingredient in the capsules and I wish they made it without that ingredient.
