I got this HA for several reasons as I will discuss and most importantly for my skin. My passion is skin care and supplements and I try my best to stay aware of the latest reports and what not. For about 3 plus years now studies have shown that topical HA is not having any effect. (some show negative effect due to evaporation leaving you less hydrated than what you started with) Considering it may be the number 1 best selling skin care product (topically) that is huge if true ! The great news is the studies are showing oral HA does in fact help the skin and joints more than anyone suspected. There is a great recent video by Dr. Brad Stanfield called “hyaluronic acid human study” that discusses the previous mentioned.
So I started taking oral HA about 2 years ago and quit wasting my money on topical. There was two brands I was using but they were only 125mgs meaning I had to take 4 caps throughout the day to get 500mgs. With this HA being 250 mgs I only need to take 2. Plus HA is the glue that holds skin (collagen) together but that can not happen unless vitamin c is present. This brand provides 50mgs of vitamin c in each cap. Brilliant. If that was not enough this is third party tested with a GMP practice in an approved FDA facility. That’s about as good as it gets.
The process of building skin and repairing joints with oral HA is not fast. Over the past two years I can attest that I have no new wrinkles and the existing ones have diminished greatly. You don’t really feel anything when you take these as they (the HA) spread out over your entire body where it has been directed to go to repair and replace. I did notice my elbow hurt less with exercises after two months of taking. These are easy to take and I had no negative sides. I highly recommend these ! Hope this was helpful.

Not sure how this compares to the brand i’d bought previously with respect to efficacy, but there are a few problems with their QC. Several capsules had diminished levels of powder, and one was capsule was completely empty. Going back to the brand i bought previously – this turned out not to be the bargain of my dreams.

I’ve had this product in my daily vitamins for two weeks and have noticed no improvement
There is an odd flavor if/when repeated (burps) that I didn’t notice before I added this product to my regimen
The capsules go down fine if taken alone. When I tried taking them with another vitamin or two the capsules would sometimes get stuck together and go down rough

Usually when I take a supplement, it takes a good while to notice much of any sort of a change. I was really surprised at how quickly this stuff kicked in for me to notice a difference. I take it for both helping to improve my aging mature combination skin, as well as to oil up those old creaking joints. So far, it’s helping on both accounts.
Regarding skin health, one of the ways that I can tell that it’s improving is by feeling the skin around my torso area. Because I use a lot of different skincare products on my face, it’s difficult to tell exactly what is working on my skin. But I rarely apply anything along my waist. Because of that, I can easily feel a big difference when a hyaluronic or other skincare supplement is helping with my skin health. This supplement makes that skin feel amazingly soft and smooth, as well as hydrated. Not oily at all. Just skin that is in really good health. I can also feel a difference of skin quality along my legs which has the driest skin of all along my entire body. The flakiness is gone and they feel great.
My knees are happy too. These make it much easier for me to go up and down steps without an excessive amount of pain. Can’t say all my problems are gone, but I do feel healthier and more spry.
This is definitely a very effective and good quality hyaluronic acid supplement that I do recommend for those looking for improved skin and joints.

I tried this product today and had a terrible reaction. The bottle says to take one capsule daily, preferably 20-30 minutes before a meal; I took it 30 minutes prior to my first meal of the day. I had my meal, and it was a short time later that my arm began to itch (approximately 60-75 minutes after taking the dose). At first I thought it was just a random itch, but then the other arm started to itch. The next thing I knew both of my arms were extremely red and looked like I had a sunburn, and I also started to see some splotchy areas near my hands. I was itching uncontrollably for 20-30 minutes. Finally the itching and redness subsided, but it was definitely not a pleasant side effect. I definitely don’t plan to continue using the supplement, but hopefully other people will be able to tolerate it better than I did.

I’ve only been taking this for a couple of weeks, so perhaps it’s too early to make a definitive statement. Given that, I’ll make a provisional statement instead. I haven’t had any problems with this product, nor have I really noticed any benefits from it. It almost seems like I have less pronounced wrinkles around the eyes, but it’s really hard to judge. I wish now I would have taken some pics before I started.
On the plus side, I have experienced absolutely no side effects from this medication. Also, the product is manufactured in a GMP facility.
