This brand of caprylic acid works wonders for controlling yeast and is sensitive stomach friendly. I have diverticulitis and have to be very careful what brands I take due to many of them having crushed walnut shells, etc., but this one is safe and effective. I highly recommend.

After many months of suffering with recurrent yeast infections this product took it away in three days I went to gyn the was surprise of the results I highly recommend this no side effects at all took two tables a dau one at lunch and one at dinner with food this is a God’s send to my problem I am very happy with this it is absoulutely great!

Been using Now caprylic acid for over a week and I must say I see a great improvement in my seborrheic dermatitis, no more itchy flaky scalp, hair shedding has decreased, the peeling skin around my nose and hairline has cleared as well. I’m taking only one capsule per day at the moment as reviews said start with one and build up to two per day as recommended on the bottle. So far no unpleasant side effects, only thing I’ve noticed is a little extra oiliness at the sides of my nose. I believe it helps with acne as well as I’m noticing my skin is clearing up. I really bought it to help with my scalp so the add skin benefits is a welcomed surprise.
