According to my health nut wife Alpha Lipoic Acid is a secret ingredient to good health and one that most people do not know about. According to her the benefits of Alpha Lipoic Acid are worth looking up. However, if you are like me you just take your medicine and just do as you are told by those wiser and smarter. She is a nurse after all and good looking too, so she must know something. This VITAL HERBAL does have certified and tested ingredients and at maximum dose and potency too. So whether you listen to me or to my wife….this just might be good for you too. Look it up.

This is an interesting mix of ala, biotin and vitamin c. I typically take each of these supplements separately, so I was pleased to see them together in one convenient capsule.
These are easy to take, have a high % of supplementation per dosage and do not leave any after taste.
I have been happy with the results this past month of daily use and will continue to take these rather than the 3 separate pills that I was previously taking.

These liposomal ALA capsules are said to have a higher bioavailability than ordinary capsules. I did take 1☆ off because this is not R-ALA, but rather a blend of ALAs, likely including the less useful S-ALA. However, apart from this, there is a good lineup of ingredients designed to work synergistcally. The capsules arrived in good shape and are easy to
swallow.

This is an easy to swallow ALA supplement unlike others so large they would choke a horse. We have been taking another (larger) brand and decided to try these. I don’t miss that “stuck-in-the-throat” feeling at all. Also, these VITAL HERBAL contain several other ingredients that were not included in the previous brand. As with all supplements, it’s a “time will tell” scenario, but from the starting blocks… this ALA supplement ++++ has us excited.

I have been taking a different name brand ALA supplement to help with some occasional nerve pain and it does help. The other supplement was expensive for only a 30 day supply. Needing to take two capsules a day, this brand provides a 75 day supply for less than the other brand so I figured I give it a try. These are less potent that the other brand and you do need to take 2 instead of one, but I figure its worth a try to save money. These are pretty easy to swallow and do not create any aftertaste after I take them.
