This Dorado Nutrition Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and has undergone third-party lab testing to ensure potency and purity. These are necessary requirements for any supplement I consider taking. This supplement is Vegan and free of GMO’s, gluten, wheat, dairy, sugar, soy, and yeast.
Dorado Nutrition is based in Sheridan, Wyoming. GPS shows the address is an office building. Interestingly, the address is exactly the same as another supplement brand I recently ordered. A phone number and website are provided on the bottle. The website has some issues to say the least. For instance, this is in their return policy: “You have 30 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for an exchange, or refund within 14 days.” This makes absolutely no sense. This is a supplement company, not a clothing company. That does not inspire confidence at all. The FAQ page is blank. They provide a contact form, email address, and phone number for customers who require assistance. This Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement does not appear on their website.

Added this to my daily supplement regiment. Capsules are medium sized and did not cause me any indigestion. Take it daily with my food and im good to go!

I ordered this in August 2024, and it arrived safety-sealed with an expiration date of August 2026. I have taken the entire bottle without any noticeable side effects. The capsules are medium-sized and without any appreciable odor or taste.
The manufacturer claims they are non-GMO, gluten-free, made in the U.S.A. in a GMP facility, and third-party certified.
As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

I’ve been taking ALA for a decade and possibly that is why I’m able to maintain my active lifestyle. Though I’m always looking for the best deal on my supplements.
Upon opening the bottle, I’m surprised that the capsules are only half size from the usual 600mg dose I’ve always taken. Then I realize that the 600mg dose mentioned here is for 2 capsules a day. Then the 60 capsules in the bottle will only last me 15 days, since I take the 600mg dose twice a day. This brand ends up being much more expensive than what I’ve been taking all this time. Otherwise, these capsules appear to be as good as any other I’ve tried. Looks like I’ll be heading back for my other brand soon.

A great price but not quite right. The bottle contains 60 pills, 300 mg per capsule, but the standard dose is 600 mg. This bottle is for a 2-week supply of the standard dose..
My bottle arrived without an outer seal. When I unscrewed the cap I saw remnants of foil edges. The inner-seal had already been opened. I counted the pills and 3 were missing.
I reached out to Amazon CS and they were kind enough to issue me a gift card credit since this product isn’t returnable.
I am returning to my former brand.
