I recently have been looking for supplements to help me with daily life. I came across Acetyl L Carnitine and read more about this product and it sounded interesting and it possibly could help me with my daily routine. I recently started taking this product and it recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day and take them with a meal. Do not take over 2 a day. Before you start taking this supplement read the directions if your pregnant, nursing, suffered from a medical condition or under 18 contact a medical consultant before taking.
I will admit since my son came home for summer break I have been feeling tire and can’t stay focused. When taking this product I noticed a boost in energy and I feel like I can accomplish more than what I was doing previously. Even after being stressed throughout the day the stress did not wipe me out and I still found some energy left. I have even been able to focus a little better throughout the day. I reluctant at first by taking these supplements and not sure if they would actually work and they do! If you are looking for a product like this one I would recommend it!!

The on-line pictures of this product, including on amazon.com, show a “Made in the USA” emblem. However, the bottle I received has a very similar looking emblem in the same location, but it reads “Formulated in the USA.” That has a very different meaning, and this causes me to have lost confidence in Zenesis Labs.

I am always interested in finding new supplements and healthy additions to a good diet. I am especially interested in brain health as a close family member of mine has been having trouble with memory. It has been increasingly hard to deal with not having a good short term memory when they did in the past. I have been reading good things about Acetyl L Carnitine in brain health, so I figured it would be a good addition to eating more leafy greens and natural things that have good antioxidents. The pills are easy to take and do not upset the stomach. It seems to be helping so far.
