These taste really good. I hate taking pills and these are the perfect remedy for my hair and nail health. No upset stomach ether. I take them right before bed.

I take a multivitamin so I decided to only take 2 of these as a serving rather than the recommended dose of 3. So far I have noticed a lot more baby hairs sprouting out after just a few weeks of daily use. The vitamins are easy to swallow and have not caused any upset stomach or side effects. I took one star off of my rating due to the cost of this vitamin – at over $1.50 per serving (if you take all 3 capsules daily) this is expensive for vitamins that could be obtained separately much cheaper. The cost is the convenience of having them all rolled into these capsules. With that said, these are a lot cheaper than other big brand marketed vitamins that have similar ingredients. I would say, if they work for you and you can afford them, these are a great option to consider.

After about a month of taking these, I started to see baby hairs around my hairline near my scalp. They’re baby hairs, but I know hair takes a while to grow, so I’ll continue to take these. Given the price point of these capsules to other brands, I’ll definitely be continuing my purchases because I can’t afford the other brands out there. I’ve also researched Force Factor and they seem like a reputable brand which makes me feel better about this product since it says “new” in the photo.

Unfortunately, I was so disappointed with this product. However that being said I’m going through menopause and some hair loss is inevitable. Not to mention, I’ve also been taking Maunjero 15mg this medication can cause anywhere from minimal hair loss to gobs coming out in the shower. I, of course, had the later. In addition, I only took 1 full bottle (the size shown here) and I believe it does say on the package insert, for maximal results follow directions and enjoy maximum results at 3 to 6 months of use. Which I did not do. So this review is based on only taking this medication for 1 month or the complete bottle shown here. Also, taking this medication while still taking Maunjero 15mg.
